has anyone else had a day of over 13 days and why this is stressing me out

why such a long delay

Hi and welcome to the forum.

So can we assume the withdrawal is still in pending? And you already completed verification on the first deposit?

Mansion Casino...is one casino that I had lots of problems before...and I have avoided it ever since!

Being a Playtech casino, the maximum withdrawal amount allowed is usually $10,000 in any 30-day period. The first $10,000 withdrawal, that being your first ever withdrawal at the casino, could very well take 2 weeks at the very least...it may even take as long as 1 or 2 months!

After that first withdrawal has been processed and paid out to you, then only would the casino start processing your next withdrawal...so you can definitely expect long waiting times!

My advice...get all your money first...then play at other better Playtech casinos...like Omni Casino or Fly Casino!

Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers.

Considering the nature of your issue, I would strongly encourage you reading Mansion's Withdrawal Policy and their monthly limits in particular:

Bronze, Silver & Gold

Currency Monthly Limit Processing Time EUR

GBP 15,000 up to 3 business days USD

CAD

AUD

NZD

CHF 22,500 up to 3 business days Other Currency equivalent of $22,500 USD up to 3 business days

If you believe they failed sticking to their own terms and policies then you could start considering the idea of using AGCCS - AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service. More about hot to use it here

Also, don't forget to read carefully all the AGCCS Guidelines and make sure to adhere to them. For more information how to use AGCCS, please visit our Knowledge Base.

Well...personally, in my honest opinion, that would be like asking a snail to RUN!!! Hahaha.  :D

You can try submitting a complaint using the Complaint Service here...but I doubt that would make the payment faster. I don't even know if you have broken any of the casino rules or not...that might even disqualify your withdrawals...so I hope there isn't any.  ;)

aha yes i havent broken any casino rules at all, they were more then happy to take my deposit of 6,000 but are taking forever to pay out the 15,000 what could possibly disqualify my withdrawal, like has there ever been a reason that the casino hasnt paid out to anyone, i won all this on roullette with pure luck i suppose

ive spoke to mansion again about delay they said that their security team is looking at withdrawal due to being it a large amount and extra checks because of money laundering, this is the first ive heard of this

That, I'm afraid, is standard procedure at all casinos, especially where big withdrawals are involved.

This is one reason why big withdrawals usually take much longer to be processed and paid out, but if no casino rules have been broken, then you have nothing to worry about...except the waiting anxiety and the pain of waiting! Hehehe.  :p

oh seriously so in the future am i better of doing small withdrawals then, oh i didnt know it was standard procedure at casino, i was getting worried that i had done something wrong what do you mean by casino rules can you give me an example

Casino rules? There are plenty of them, mate...especially if you're playing with their bonus money. They are also rules against playing roulette and table games if you've taken a bonus with your deposit! These rules differ slightly from one casino to the other, hence it is vital that every player read and know the rules first before playing.

However, if you play with only your own deposited money, then there shouldn't be any restrictions, except for a 1x wagering on the deposited amount before any withdrawals can be entertained.

A large number of players have lost their winnings because they broke the 'maximum bet size' rule...which is usually $5/5EUR bet per play or spin, again, only if you have taken a bonus or free spins.

There are also restrictions on 'irregular' play, collusion with other players, using Bot software, so on and so forth...so you need to know them all!  ;)

Oooops forgot...

Anything over $2000 or 2000 EUR is considered a big win and usually takes several days longer to be processed. But if you're a big roller, playing with big bets, then you can't run away from this, can you?  :p

You're playing with 750GBP bets per spin on roulette?  :shok: Oooh myyy gaaaawd!!!  :shok:

Is this normal for casinos to request for proof of earnings and savings

No, it's not normal for casinos to request such statements from players, unless the casino is suspecting something. By the bet sizes you're playing, the casino management would be very curious to know more about you and your gambling habits! Only rich gamblers would play with that kind of big bets, but your bank statements are not showing that you're rich!

What I'm afraid is, the casino management may decide that you are having a gambling problem...maybe even label you as an addict!!! If they do decide this...then you may have more trouble coming your way soon...they may ban you from playing at the casino...or even close your account. I really don't know what sort of actions the casino management may take...  :(

Usually, the casino may need to ask you first if you're a problem gambler. Just say "no, I'm not an addict and I'm not a problem gambler".  :p

Tell them at times, when you're feeling real lucky, you play with big bets. At other times, you play with small bets. Hehehe.

No need to rush into anything for the moment. See what and how the casino respond first. If they start asking you questions, then you should know that they think you are an addict or something, so you must answer them correctly! Casinos have a responsibility to stop problem gamblers and addicts from playing on at any casino, so they can ban the player, close their account, and prevent them from playing again at their casino.

If you're not a problem gambler, not an addicted gambler, then they won't do any such thing. So hopefully, they'll pay you all your winnings in the end!  ^_^

yes your right this has actually put me of gambling to one thing i hate about mansion they never tell me whats going on when i ask just that the withdrawal is being reviewed can never seem to get a straight answer from them

That is always the case with almost all casinos! The Support Team & Live Chat hosts do not know what is happening within the Finance Department, the actual people who are actually doing all the checking and scrutinising! The Finance people, on the other hand, will hardly ever tell what they are working on, except for the standard reply "we are looking into it", or "it's still being processed". They will only tell when it has been approved or rejected!  :p

If you're not playing any Playtech games, then I would suggest you play at other non-Playtech casinos, at multi-platformed casinos, that pay within 24 hours...sometimes even within minutes! That would save you a ton of heartaches! Hehehe.  ^_^

You can browse all the casinos here in Askgamblers. The withdrawal timeframes are always indicated on the right section of the casino review.  ;)
