Hello. Please help. For a long time I am a 24bet casino player. I paid money and everything was fine when I won and I asked them to withdraw. 24bettle casino blocked my account. I sent them my documents that I was asked. Please help me on this.

Firstly, I play at 24Bettle too, but haven't made any withdrawal so far, so I'm not sure of the casino's performance where it matters.

 

However, before any of us here can help you out, we need to know more about what had happened.

 

Did you make a deposit, took a deposit bonus, and then play your game with the total credits?

If so, then did you make any bets bigger than the maximum bet allowed, which is usually 5 EUR?

Have you 'self-excluded' yourself at any other casino, which may result in your winnings being confiscated? 

Did you opened a duplicate account at the casino, which may also result in your winnings being confiscated?

 

There are so many reasons why a casino may block your account and not pay your winnings...but we need to know your story first.  ;)

The money I paid for this casino often now also I did so. I won a total of 1000 euro, I could rake out, so I did. I was asked to send documents, and I emphasized all my private documents. I did so. After 2 days they blocked my account accusing others of setting up. The second account was set up by my brother, who lives with me, but never paid any money there and did not use their offer because I forbidden him, because I know that only one person in the house can be a casino user. My brother never logged in there. Never. Please help. You can not do that. They will send you confidential documents and they will block you later because you have to deposit money?

Damn! Having a second account within the same address is as good as having a duplicate account, where the casino is concerned. The only exception which would allow a second account within the same address would be if PRIOR written permission has been granted by the casino management - meaning, you need to get their approval first.

 

In your case, you can write in to the casino manager, explain how the second account was opened by your brother without your knowledge, and without his knowledge either, but that second account has never been used. Hopefully the casino can accept this, but it's very unlikely though.

 

I guess you just have to wait until one of the admin here gives you some better advice on what to do next.  ;)

Yep pretty much what Afi says I'm afraid.

 

Both my and my partner usually play at some of the same casinos and now we always check at live chat before creating an account. We've never really had any problems we've been quite lucky as far as I remember only NextCasino blocked one of our accounts out of all the ones we've played in so we now share an account there.

 

In my personal experience of having to go through explaining 2 addresses at the same IP you should again speak to support and explan that it is your brother who owns the second account and offer to send in his identification documents too. Once they can confirm there is actually a second person and it's not you, you may just stand a chance of getting the withdrawal. 

 

But please note, you have probably broken their terms so it's not 100% you'll get it even after what I have advised. I haven't played at this casino so I don't know what they are like.

My brother never even opened any email from 24bettle Casino. I have proof in the post office. My account is still frozen. The casino is silent ... Worst that I could deposit even though somewhere there was a second account with this IP, documents I sent ..

Just be patient...play at another casino if you need to...but don't touch 24Bettle...it could be poison ivy!  ;)

I do have sympathy with the whole '2 accounts from the same address' - if i live with others am i meant to do a straw poll checking if they have an account? Having said that i do email the company and ask if it's ok because my GF plays as well.

 

Some casinos employ common sense - BETAT , when my GF went to withdraw, asked about it but paid out ok and simply said 'don't play at the same time. Can't say about that casino in question but point is though some have it in their t's and c's they deal with it on a case by case basis IHMO - quite rightly.

In my experience it is on a casino by casino basis. There are some cases where me and my partner haven't needed to tell the casino and still not had problems there are others that have just said yes that's fine and others that have required both our documents first. But it always just better to take 10 mins out of your time to check first to avoid any problems when withdrawals happen.

Well...for one thing...they sure are taking a long time to scrutinise your account. Usually it would only take a few days, maybe around 3 days or so, I think. Perhaps there are other aspects of your account/s that they are not satisfied as yet.  :unknw:

I have read and not only I have this problem.I know that they check the accounts linked, methods of payment, the use of bonuses, playing on the same machines ... in my case it is different ... established second account of the same IP and nothing no ... no payment from the second, any bonus used..bo my brother did not even log in..I will still wait ... thank you for reply

For a Casino that has no wagering on free spins and good value free spins, they seem to have a lot of complains.

 

Deposit $50 and get 40 free spins on Booster worth $2.50 and they are wager free.

 

Yesterday I received 5 free spins from them with a $1.25 value on booster and saw they are in fact wager free and were ready to withdraw. However I needed to deposit in order to get my winnings which I understand.

 

But the part that will not allow me to ever deposit there is because of the fact you can only withdraw to credit card or bank wire transfer even though you deposit using neteller, skrill etc.

 

You need to be a certain VIP level to be able to withdraw to E-wallet - Damnn now this term is plain BS.
