888casino Stalling on withdrawal

Hi everyone

 

Just asking advice on what to do about this issue.

 

I have a pending withdrawal from the 14th June for £13,300. When I spoke to support back in June , they said because I have reached the £30k withdrawal cap for that month, the rest will be processed in July.

 

Now it's 10 days into July, and I have spoken with live chat etc and all they can tell me is that it's being reviewed, and no one can give me a straight answer as to why it is taking so long. I also emailed the operations team, and still not received a reply despite it being over 72 hours ago. I spoke to live chat yesterday and they said it was still being investigated. And not sure why it's taking so long.

 

I still have another pending withdrawal of £30,200 which has been awaiting process for a while.

 

Who can I speak to to get this resolved?

Any advice will be great.
