William hill spamalot jackpot

Got to stage 6 on spamalot jackpot game. It clearly states if I get to here I will have to choose from 2 items and WILL win one of 2 jackpots. Support has since told me jackpot is not guaranteed. Do they make the rules up as they go along. It does not state anywhere that it is not guaranteed. Just that if I get to stage 6 I WILL win 1 of 2 jackpots. Who can I report this to??

Getting to the final stage 6 DOES NOT GUARANTEE that you will win a jackpot prize!

When you get to that final stage, you have to pick one of the 2 cows...only one of which will award EITHER the big or the small jackpot prize! 

The other cow will pay you nothing!

 

I know because I had reached this level at one time too!

I can second what Afi says because many moons I also reached this stage and I also remember feeling like I was going to win something big and didn't.

 

I'm afraid there is no one you can report this too my dear, I'm sure it would probably state this somewhere in the game rules?
