Funkdoc_21
Hey.. I'm new this forum but I've been checking it out for reviews and new casinos to try for awhile. I play quite a bit of online slots and seen Cashmio Casino had good reviews on here so I went ahead signed up got my deposit bonus and started playing... I turned my 250 dollar deposit to 1500... and then I requested with a withdrawal, and while they were working on authenticating my account I seen my withdrawal was declined and I only had 250 dollars in my account. After speaking with them turns out one of the terms and conditions is a max bet of 5 dollars until the whole bonus criteri has been played through.. and although most my bets were 5 dollars there were times I had increased it... now I've never had this happen to me before but is there anything I can do or is it a lost cause ? pinnit2015
Unfortunately, unless they do an act of goodwill, it's unlikely you'll see the money. It's probably in their terms and conditions - some casinos are better at flagging the max bet than others - Trade and Videoslots-but for some you really need to search for it. To be honest with you they probably didn't need to put the 250 back - most would have taken the lot. I would do a polite email to them and hope for the best. Funkdoc_21
Thanks for the reply and advice... no luck getting the winnings ... but i guess moving forward I better pay closer attention to the terms and conditions. I usually read the rollover terms but I didn't catch the max bet clause. One thing that upset me about it is that it allows you to play the bets, it adds to your balance, it shows your rollover amount for the bonus decreasing with every bet... but in reality you've been disqualified already lol. I mean.. I'm sure when I was betting 10 dollar A spin if I lost all my money no one was going to step in and say anything. Oh well.. live and learn. On Videoslots they tell you that your're exceeding the bet limit - there must be some reason technically why most can't simply stop you from doing so. I got stung on it years ago, so I'm just very vigilant now - live and learn so you'll find yourself looking at t's and c's before you click spin! With any luck you can make the 250 up to a decent amount again
cocopop3011
Hi funkdoc_21 - I guess you've already figured out the reason why the withdrawal was declined and this is pretty standard for any casino you play in. There will always be a max bet rule if you are playing with bonus money. And, you are not alone we have so many members that get caught out on this rule. More and more casinos are implementing systems that can prevent you from going over this but unfortunately this isn't industry standard yet, I think we're a long way off that yet. My best advice is to always, always check the terms especially this particular term if you are a high better so you never get caught out in the future. Sorry I couldn't be the bearer of good news on this occasion.
Afi4wins
There are always exception to this rule of course! Some casinos do not have a max bet rule at all, so you can deposit and play with whatever big bets you want to. However, please check first if these casinos are indeed reliable and trustworthy...some are not...many casinos pay very very slowly...but a few casinos are indeed awesome...with no bet size limits, or have bigger limits for the bet sizes, and pay fast too. Since you're playing at Bodog and Bet365 casinos, have you ever tried playing at Omni Casino and Fly Casino? These 2 are simply the best Playtech casinos around! LeoDubbed
Like a virgin...touch for the very first time...like a viiiiiirgin. Man, madonna rocks Anyway, newbies always get caught by the web of bonus terms and it could give them harsh time when requesting a withdrawal. It's a hard lesson to learn but hey, learning is part of life By the way, I think it's a bummer that Cashmio excluded e-wallet deposit from their promotions, another reason not to play there anymore. Too bad, too bad but it's their lost and not mine cocopop3011
