TommyMAT8
Hi guys. Today I'm very disappointed due to some news from an online casino. For now I will leave names out. i joined an online casino used all my correct details and details I've only ever had with email address, home address date of birth etc.... deposited some cash got a bonus and played away. I won a little so withdrew some money.... I calleded the withdrawal a number of times but always kept an amount withdrawing. After around 48 hours the withdrawal was processed and I have now received this money. However through one of the cancelled withdrawals I got lucky and won quite a bit of money (in my eyes it was anyway) so I withdrew this. After 24 hours of this being processed but not complete I received an email about free spins on my next deposit. So rather than cancelling the deposit I thought I would make a new deposit to get the free spins. But it wouldn't let me add my card so I got in touch through the live chat. At this point the woman said it was because I had self excluded myself from a partner site of theirs and now my account was closed and the withdrwal was therefore forfeited. This is why I'm disappointed as I mentioned to me this was a lot of money, So I was aloud to create an account using the same details to which I opened the other site, I had self excluded myself on the other site over 6 months ago so I had no idea they were linked They have accepted same payment details, taken a deposit and processed one withdrawal back to me. so again as I was upset by hearing about my account and withdrwal was cancelled I just wanted to make sure as all this was correct and I don't have any leg to stand on. You are not the only one with this issue but you are lucky if you ask me because some casinos would confiscate your balance and deposit money. Unfortunately you will not get your winnings because they will be removed from your account and your account will also be closed due the self exclusion. There's nothing you can do here and the next best thing to do is to do your reseach before signing up at a casino and if you want the short way, ask live chat (if avaliable). Forget about it and move on... Nothing you can do about it. This issue has been running through the forums over and over again, with no resolution favoring the player. One more piece of advise - Never self exclude PERIOD!!! Just stay away.

MacdoniS
Hi mate! That's awful that sometimes we can't control our desire to play again even if we choose to SE our selves. Don't regret everything mate, just remember just like LeoDubbed mate said you're fortunate because you get your credits. You have to learn that you must stay away and that's the best thing that you must do next time.
