By the look of it, yes of course it should be a big win...so what's the problem then...no win was credited into your account?  :huh:

Could have been a malfunction or something...just send the screenshot to the casino's support team for clarification and verification. Hopefully they can sort it out for you soon enough.  ;)

nothing was credited, sent them a couple emails and got nothing back, on the phone with them now. i'll keep you posted!

Oh geeees...that's too bad Alvis. I guess such a win was not recorded on their server, so a malfunction did occur on your side. You can always ask for a screenshot of their server data to verify that the win was not recorded, or you can check on your game history too, to see what the data shows for that specific spin at that specific day and time. Hope this helps.  ;)

and over the weekend there's 3 deposits that didn't go through but were still billed on my bank account to the sum of 77 dollars

 

and now this, and i still haven't gotten my 77 bucks back i'm pretty choked and they told me two different things about the game 

in an email they said my internet lagged or got disconnected (it didn't)

and over the phone they said it was a display error??

Damn! All that doesn't sound good at all...especially those 3 missing deposits.

 

I once had a few similar cases of missing deposits at Omni Casino, but I got all of them back within minutes, and only once the next day, because it's new staff made a silly mistake. Bodog looks like not being efficient enough in this sense, but I won't go into that. I've never liked this casino anyway.

 

As for that screenshot...well, the truth lies somewhere in the data banks...just have to search for it, Alvis. Try your games history first. If that win is recorded in your history, which I doubt actually, then you may have a solid proof for your case.

Strongly encourage contacting the relevant casino team and request your case to be investigated further by the gaming provider itself. It may be indeed an unfortunate result of game's graphical malfunction, but you deserve a confirmation from the provider nonetheless.

 

If the casino team refused further cooperation and adequate investigation, then you could consider using AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service/. More about how to use it here.

Something similar happened to me once I posted screenshots at the time although I don't remember the game. I had free spins and every free spin gave me a full screen of footballs but never any wins. Obviously this was a malfunction, I never contacted the casino about it though. :mellow:

Mostly the error is due to the internet n connection like internet disconnection that the server of the casino can't contact your account and computer. When this happens I always experienced a like heart attack moments that I thought I won the jackpot!? LOL

I had a similar problem but it was a small glitch, I was pretty sure that I won something but the game didn't pay, it was a very small amount, I didn't bother reporting it. No game is perfect. I am sure all slots fan noticed a flash symbol transformation on a video slot and yours probably just an error.
