[Edited]: Cassava Enterprises - Self Exclusion Refund Discussion

Yes I'm a bit worried now that I've fell for a scam but when I spoke to them on the phone they said it was genuine but I still haven't had a reply I sent the email on Thursday

I also sent my details, so I'm in the same boat. I suspect they will be over run with emails, I searched my account for details of the email address and it seems I've sent that address a tonne of information in the past (Ie verification documents) so can't see how it would be a scam. Here's hoping it isn't.

Yeh I received the same, suggested I called them. Given you've already done that I dont see the point. Who knows, does sound a little to good to be true.

I just rang bingo support again they said cassava having technical difficulties so give them a bit longer to reply but they still won't tell me any thing

Got a email from ask gamblers saying they can't help so none the wiser

I believe it's being forwarded to a rep isn't it? Valdes can jump in when he sees the replies with more info I'm sure.

I think other casinos need looking in to aswell I have self excluded from a lot of sites but still been able to join there partner sites

I recommend not to play at the casinos from the same group because you won't able to cash out. This is a common issue of many players.

I still wonder why many players chose to do 'self exclusion' rather than just close that account!

Don't they know the consequences of 'self exclusion' upon the other group casinos...that all their winnings would be confiscated if they do make wins, whilst the casinos enjoy taking in all their deposits?

Jsans, I strongly suggest you to close all those accounts that you have self excluded from, to prevent future mishaps and headaches! That is one sure way for casinos to make large amounts of money from players, indirectly of course.  ;)

I have closed all my accounts that I have self excluded from

Aaah...well done mate! That's the way it should be!  :good:

Great news, is that the first email you've received from them. To be fair it does seem harsh you can self exclude then join another one. I'm not getting my hopes up yet, will wait and see. Good for you though.

Thanks much appreciated, I'm glad I didn't just take this for spam... Feel bad for those that have seen the other forums related to these emails.
