[Edited]: Cassava Enterprises - Self Exclusion Refund Discussion

Recommended Posts

I had two emails from these and didn't know whether to respond, one was from bingosecurity@cassava net and the other from casinosecurity@cassava net, the bingo one had an amount they apparently owe me but the casino one didn't state an amount, I called the number 08002794569, they told me to reply to each email as the may be two separate amounts to be paid...I hope so! The person on the phone also confirmed the emails to me legit.

I have received the same email and also called to check to see if it is genuine, I forwarded my details and have not even had the auto response back, as requested I replied to both the casino and bingo accounts. Hopefully I will get a reply at some point I'm assuming that due to the amount of emails they are struggling to respond within the usual 72 hours!

Let's hope it's genuine I spoke to customer service and they said it's due to a change in law in the U.K. And the email address is the only one I should respond to but they said legally they can only communicate by email (the security team) still haven't sent my details if genuine mine will be £730

Just received this email

Dear Andrew,

This is the Bingo Security Team.

Thank you for your email. We can confirm that it is in relation to deposits made to a number of bingo sites that you had registered with us including Wicked jackpots, Secret Slots and Sugar Bingo to name a few.

Kindly be advised, we are returning your deposits, as we have found that you self-excluded on a site we also operate and therefore some of your deposits should not have been permitted.

We hope this clarifies the situation for you.

Regards,

Bingo Security Team

That's the same email I had from them when I asked them about it. Only difference is they named other sites. So seems legit as they have only named site I have joined and it's not the same for everyone as we had joined different sites

Like you Andy I joined pretty much every one of them, I used the bonus and when I could withdraw I did and if it wasn't paying I self excluded myself, if they pay me the amount they say they will then I've roughly took out more than I put on, result lol

I agree, they could of give us a number to contact and then give us some of our details what they should have as proof it's genuine and took our details over phone, but if they say do it by email it could be so they have evidence in black and white that they are doing something about the security error they made
