Jranch
I have recently begun playing at luckyniki.com and have made my first withdrawal 16 days ago, which is still being processed. Is it normal for casinos to ask for a photo of a persons health insurance card with the full social security number (SSN) and nothing covered? Is it normal for casinos to ask for a photo of a persons health insurance card with the full social security number (SSN) and nothing covered? Hi there Jranch and welcome to Askgamblers forum. Oh geeees...is that the only ID document that you have? Usually, casinos accept driving licenses and utility bills for account verification purposes, or a passport, if you have one. If none, then it isn't surprising that some other form of ID documentation is required, which in your case, is your Health Insurance card. Nope, this is not the usual case with most others, but this may be the only option for you, who knows.

I already provided them with my Drivirs License, Utility bill, bank statement and e-wallet account photo. But they asked for my health insurance, so I sent them a photo of it with the last four digits covered. For security reasons though, they asked for the uncovered version, so I sent them it. I really regret it, but maybe it's fine?
Jranch
But I mean luckyniki.com is sister casino to others like: Dreuck Clueck and EU Casino which seems like legit casinos? Do you think they would abuse the information?
ValDes
Hello there Jranch and welcome to AskGamblers. I'll try to be as short and informative at the same time as possible... Here's what the casino terms are stipulating when it comes to paperwork required for account verification: 6.9 Any or all of the following Documents may be required as proof of Identity: Copy of identification card(s) Copy of Driver's License Copy of the front and back of the credit card being used to make the deposit (middle 8 digits may be blanked out) Copy of up-to-date Utility Bill clearly showing name and address Bank statement Signed Deposit Confirmation Form Credit card statement (Showing the recent transactions which were made to Us) Of course, most online casinos reserve the right to require further documents if necessary, so I guess there's nothing to worry about in case you are a legitimate player and have nothing to hide. Still, if something goes wrong with your account verification, you may always consider using AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service /AGCCS/. More about how to use it below. Using AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service Thank you for the informative words! It's been almost 17 days now since I made my withdrawal and they started the verification, so it's just making me nervous I guess. Everyone can abuse the health insurance card, but I don't think a "what-seems-to-be-a-legit-casino" would abuse it since it will ruin the entire trust to the casino. But I guess you're right. 17 days is just a lot in my eyes

pinnit2015
They are legit - a sister site to Payojo. Does raise the topic of all this verification, sending in passports etc and then the prospect, even if the company has the appropriate security accreditations, they're subject to cyber attacks. Boom - ID theft heaven. 17 days is however crazy - Novibet verified me in 5 minutes - record time!
cocopop3011
The only thing I'm afraid of is if they are gonna abuse my health insurance card - but do you think they would do that? I don't think so, seems like they're just stalling, let the complaint run its course and see what happens.

cocopop3011
What will happen if they don't reply to the complaint? You'll need to go to an outside board, but I'm sure they will, be a little bit patient and we can offer further advice if they don't reply.
