Like I just did about Thunderkick's Flame Busters game yesterday... curse it to hhell...had some smokes...cool down...but never had to pick up my laptop from the floor... But suddenly my account was frozen and when i asked in livechat they said that i am banned from all their network. I played one other casino in the same network and lost. I followed all rules and understand nothing. Avoid this site and the whole network White Hat gaming. I have heard numbers of people who had the same problem with the network. I got a reply from them claiming another site have sent me an e-mail 6 months ago saying i am banned from their network. I never received any email and even if i did how is it possible to open account and deposit money on a network you are banned from? they still refuse to pay out. I have e-mailed the CEO of white hat gaming but got no reply. I also contacted Swedish newspaper in which they are adverrtising and the will persue the matter i hope. pinnit2015 Posted April 16, 2018 Share Posted April 16, 2018 This group have one of the weirdest business models about. If you took a lot of bonus's they will ban you. Not bonus ban only, but whole ban. I think they've now changed a bit whereby they let you play on, but just with no offers. If you had a withdrawal pending they should, or normally, would, pay that out before the final ban. Key question is bonus ban or self exclusion. Some casinos will identify you at the start before you even open the account, other wait until verification.
