EricCasinoLuck
Hi! I'll post the same thing here as I did on another large forum. I hope it explains the situation . We are indeed switching the technical platform for our sites starting with CasinoLuck in a month or so from now. That email was sent a few days ago to inform everyone at least 30 days in advance. We are not changing owners, just the platform. For us this is something positive and it should be for you guys too! It’s not like there has been all cheers and praises regarding our current platform…. To give some general information without making this post too long; Things that concern players will basically stay the same or be improved. Our team and I will of course remain to take care of you, as always. This is a technical platform switch. There is no dramatic change of owners or management here!! We expect there to be way less stability and technical issues like downtime and alike on this new platform. We will also have brand new responsive websites for all our brands. The mobile sites, in particular, will be hugely improved. The game offering will largely be the same and big providers such as Netent, Microgaming, NYX and PlaynGo will remain. We will lose some of our lesser played providers like IGT and Isoftbet but on the other hand we’ll gain the popular provider WMS. Raging Rhino, anyone?!?! We will launch a new loyalty program that will be way more extensive than the current FPP program we have. We’ll continue to accept players from the same countries as we currently do. All in all, we’re trying to make the switch as seamless as possible for you, our players. We aim to accomodate bonuses, promotions, bonus WRs, limits, payout times, payment options etc on the new platform to what we have now or better. Affiliates should not worry either. Income Access is our affiliate system and that will not change. I would be happy and thankful if someone could correct the title of this thread to avoid misunderstandings. I would suggest "CasinoLuck and NextCasino are changing platforms". Cheers! Eric cocopop3011 and ValDes

LeoDubbed
Yeah I love IGT games but unfortunately their games are restricted. So sad but WMS is always welcome though. Any chance for any EGT games? Fiekie247

EricCasinoLuck
Hi Leo, EGT wont be available from the start but we'll definitely keep them in mind whenever we consider adding new providers in the future. I know they are gaining popularity and have some pretty decent games nowadays! Yeah I love IGT games but unfortunately their games are restricted. So sad but WMS is always welcome though. Any chance for any EGT games? LeoDubbed

fb_10206668981978741
As i understand, now their owners is Staybet group. Staybet also has Slotsmoon Casino and it looks the same like Casino Luck now. I always was very happy to play at Casino Luck but now i will stop doing that. I was playing at Staybet and had very dissapointed experience. At first they were delaying my documents verification very very long and secondly, they confiscated 900 eur from me. Confiscation was legal following their rules, but the rules were total strange and unacceptable. Goodbye Casino Luck!

I don't know if I can agree with you here, Staybet is a good casino with a decent reputation. I said good but not great. Their free spins promo is a bit chaotic/messy. If your winning was confiscated then you might have broken their terms but if you can prove they are wrong then you could file a complaint against them. However, I would not play at CasinoLuck, NextCasino and WildSlots anymore from now on because I lost interest in them since they cut a massive amount of games for The Netherlands. As you can see, changes are not always good.
fb_10206668981978741
Reputable casino dont delay documents verification. All normal casinos approves them same day or maximum in couple of days. Staybet was delaying a week. After i contacted them, they asked me to send utility bill which would be in paper form. It was a problem because in Lithuania just old people gets paper bills and all new generation uses virtual payments. But ok, i asked my mobile provider to send me a paper bill. When i send it to Staybet, they approved this document and it seemed to be over, but not! They asked to make a photo of myself with id card. Ok, i did this again. And again i was waiting a week. I made a deposit here with casino welcome bonus. I wagered it following all the rules. When i finished i had 100eur and asked to withdraw. And i said, they started to delay. While waiting, i started to make sports bets and lifted my balance to 900eur. And when they send me two letters. One that my documents are fully approved and another one that all my winnings voided. And a reason was because i didnt have right to make bets even my whole balance was real cash. And from my experiences from other casinos, when bonus money converted to real cash you can do with them whatever you want. But in Staybet you must withdraw first. And here is no logic. Oh dear, sorry to hear this mate. I had similar issue with other casino, they kept asking me about ID and stuff, also I had to send them a photo of myself holding my ID, it's ridiculous but you had no other choice. After sending them all the document, payment still not processed. A week has passed and still no payment. I decided to file a complaint to their license holder ( in this case it was MGA ), I got a reply from MGA and the next day I got my money in the early in the morning. Sometimes these kinda things happen and it's a players nightmare. So, no more Staybet for you then. No worrie, there are plenty other great casinos out there and you can find them here at Askgamblers.
