Madame chance max cashout help?

Hi I recently joined Madame chance and got upto €8000. I have withdrawn the money and it is being processed. However on live chat I have been told I can only withdraw 10x my last deposit which was £30. So that means I can only withdraw £300. Can anyone help? Is there a way to get the €8000?

Hi Gambler2017 - I'm afriad if these are the terms you accepted when making the deposit this will be all your allowed. We do have a member here (Can't remember the casino he was at) that was allowed to withdraw more than that but it's highly unlikely you'll be allowed. I guess you can try can cause a fuss and see what happens.

First of all, please, no need to double and triple post the same issue across different forum topics. 

 

As for your problem, the solution is simple. You must read ALL terms before joining and depositing in ANY online casino. If you had done that you would have known for the existence of this particular term:

 

 

13.5. We reserve the right to limit withdrawals to 10 times the player's last deposit amount. Any additional winnings will be removed upon processing the withdrawal.

 

Take this unpleasant situation as a lesson learned, move on and never forger checking the terms from now on.

Wow quick response thanks. I didn't check unfortunately but then I never expected to be in a situation where I had won €8000. I may have got my hopes up as I saw a similar situation on here where the player withdrew all his money with the assistance of someone on here. Thanks

It is very wise to read the terms before signing up or in this case taking their bonuses.

I've seen Madam Chance massive bonuses and I also read the terms. It's the most ridiculous rules out there but fair is fair, they did put them there for us to read and accept.

I never interested in Madam Chance casino and I never will sign up there. There are plenty other casinos with better rules and fair.

If this casino has loyalty points feature, maybe it's wise to play the €7700 to earn them

Yep you are right as I said we have had a member who was able to get all his winnings but I very much doubt this will ever happen again. However hard it is to accept Valdes is right I'm afraid.

If it was written from the casino terms and condition and also the max. cash out then you will not able to withdraw it mate.

Yes it was, and i helped Sorenjo to get atleast 4400 euro instead of the normal 3300 euro.

Aww Gambler, I'm really sorry to hear that. Unfortunately the max bet rule is something that you'll find in any casino you play in but I know that doesn't make you feel any better.

That is very true Leo. The max bet rule catches out so many players, and yes I know we should all read the t&c's but the fact of the matter is we don't    Hopefully more casinos will start taking the approach of Trada and Freaky Vegas.
