Tigerlilly
Royal Ace Casino has asked me to provide them with MY bank statements to prove that I didn't get my wire payout from them. I have waited for the second half of a 5000.00 win since November. They told me that a wire of 2460.00 went through on 12/21/16. I never got it. So now they have given me every excuse in the book. And they want ME to prove I didn't get it. I really don't think I want to provide them with my bank statement. Shouldn't they have the ability to trace the wire that they sent? And have the trace say whether or not it ever got to my bank? Thank you

Thank you Well they should be able to trace this payment, can your bank not provide you with a letterhead saying that no payment has been received from them? LeoDubbed
In my opinion, sending your bank statement is only necessary to verify home address but if they asked for it you are bound to do so otherwise you wouldn't get your payment. It is possible that the payment is still pending on your bank account, as cocopop stated you should contact your bank regarding this matter. MacdoniS
Have you got the transaction of the bank wire transfer? I think you must first get all of the data then tell it to your local bank provider. I hope this help you mate.P.S : Sometimes the problem is that the transaction is long delay that you can't see it to your bank statement try to check if the process is traceable. cocopop3011
I don't have any experience in this particular casino. In my regular casinos if this happened I guess I wouldn't have an issue uploading what they need but I'd always recommend anyone air with caution with such valuable information. Unfortunately, Royal Ace Casino is not exactly a casino operator which you could consider as trustworthy, honest and fair. Their complaints hostory with AGCCS is horrifying: https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/royal-ace-casino-casino-review/complaints Therefore, my advice would be to ask them to provide you with the official transaction receipt from their payment provider first and only after you received such you could consider issuing official bank statement from your bank referring to the disputed time frame.
