Our official domain ends in (.)casino rather than the old fashioned and conventional (.)com Some forums, online forms, fields etc do not recognise this yet however. I guess you could say we are trying to get ahead of the pack and some are still lagging behind I have used the gmail account to register easily with no issues. I've had a similar situation in the past where I wanted know something very simple about a bonus and live chat told me I had to email for the answer which is just ridiculous. IMO that's the exact reason live chat is available to avoid such delays like an email response. Hopefully the agents will get some better training as a result of your post. Despite the bad experience with live chat, Dean really compensated me instead of offering 100% bonus and 15 free spins for 10 days, I got the 150% deposit bonus plus 30 free spins for 5 days. Dean was very helpful even responding to my queries late at night in his personal capacity. They do have a huge selection of games, unfortunately i did not make it to the withdrawal stage. but from my experience I feel I can trust them and would rate them a 7/10. My guess is that she wasn't informed well. In the end there's only 1 person responsible for this and it is not her.
