Casino Payment Methods / Etc

Ok guys ,

So its High Time this topic needed to come up recently I've been through a few stuff arounds in regards

to payment methods :

Far as I'm concerned if a place can take a payment using a method then they should be able to pay

out to that method I've run into this issue thrice lately : latest round forced me to cashout to another

method which was bollicks as the method I was basicly "forced" to use was useless to me and ended

up having to deposit and wager it with another place just to get the money properly.

I keep hearing this saying "a deposit will allways be refunded to the original deposit method" I've noticed

that this applies sometimes but other times it doesn't apply like what happened to me recently at Joycasino

and heads up askgamblers you need to update the reviews some of the information there is slightly inaccurate

it stated that ecopayz was a withdrawal method and I turned up at the gate with no way out except neteller baby

and you know how i feel about that option.

Ok sure Joycasino was nice enough to dance and push things into Neteller but I can't figure why a place can

take money using something and then cant pay out money to it my only thought is something is wrong with this

picture : I even heard one say that there are legal guidelines to follow well I'm curious what the Malta / Curacao

gaming laws state in regards to deposits and withdrawals .

And also from a moralistic if not business point of view there should exist multiple ways I person can exit their money

if they have been verified and payment method verified theres really no reason why they can't outside of holding up

the process like stall tactics .

One place even said I have to deposit a certain amount with neteller before I start exiting money using Ecopayz its like

come on .... what is with all the bull guys need to be more flexible with the customer here come on .

I cannot agree more with you mate. There is even a very reputable casino where it is obligatory to make your first withdrawal to your bank account independently which method you have used to deposit. :p   Not nice IMO

Whaaaat? I've never come across this 'requirement' before Raptor mate!  :o

That is a blardy ridiculous! I will never accept this sort of obligatory requirement. I'll only give them my foot!

The answer of your questions is in a direct dependence with the relevant regulatory body and it's commitments of following certain regulations referring to the so called AML /Anti Money Laundering/ procedures and policies. For example, following the link below you could find how MGA describes the process and policies they follow and request from the licensees to follow:

http://www.mga.org.mt/gaming-sectors/remote-gaming/prevention-of-money-laundering/

In general, the number of deposit methods is always bigger in numbers than withdrawals methods simply because of:

1/ the aforementioned AML procedures

2/ certain country based restrictions and/or limitations on certain payment methods, MasterCard being the most notorious one for example

3/ payment provider chosen by the casino to handle the financial transactions In and Out of the casino

Hope this helps. :)

Thank you for the feedback guys and Admin Valdes that was very informative :

In regards to Joycasino ...I'm going to take back what I said about them they are at a loggerheads in regards to Ecopayz

and its beyond their control ...After a chat with one of the Live support I've decided to accept there was nothing they could

do and their promise to endevour to accomodate signals to me they intend to work with the customer I take this as a positive

step in the right direction.

As to the Stability issues with one of the games I located some malware which was causing issues with flash player so I'm also

going to take that one back as well it would seem the scanning engine of one of my applications is inferior and has since been

rectified.

But focussing back on the general issue it is a matter of customer satisfaction when it comes to being able to transact both in

and out simplisitically and with the methods we would like to use to accomodate as such where possible can generate good

customer repore being the crux of the matter and point of the topic ...thank you for your time.

Hi, I'm Ivan and I enjoy playing at all kinds of casinos.

I've had a terrible experience with different types of casinos accepting multiple deposits/withdrawals methods during the years.

I'm an avid player, and I accept nothing but the best casino experience in every manner, banking methods being the top priority.

Lately, however, I found a very interesting payment app - MuchBetter which kinda solved all my problems.

Fast registration (5minutes), swift KYC and top-up, and very straightforward deposits and withdrawals.

The app itself has an integrated wallet that can be used on the go as well.

The thing that shocked me was that the applied fees are actually lower than any other app that I've used before.

Highly recommended.

Hi CryptoHybrid

I must admit that you write a good recommendation for a product you forgot to mention.

Hope you benefit for life and glad to know you found something that works for you.

Welcome to to AskGamblers...
