Askgamblers deleting my review

Has anyone else have admins delete their review of a casino? I have, and after going back and reading their guidelines I firmly believe they were wrong for doing so. I gave my true personal opinions of the casino, and I shared my own personal experience. I did not use foul language nor did I call out any specific individual. I have my own opinions as to why my review was taken down, but would like to speak with someone from Askgamblers before I share them.

Hmmm.... if you have submitted two reviews for the same casino then second one got deleted automatically

It was only one review. Before it got taken down the casino emailed me asking me to take it down as well.

 

 

and i guess you are not telling what casino is it ? hmmm...casino asking from you to remove the review a bit odd the least ,i am here few years,had negative reviews but similar situation never happened

Casino pays out. Nice selection of games. That's about all I can really say that's positive.

 

Playing blackjack I bet 10mbtc and before the cards were dealt I got a network error (error wasn't on my end).. When I reloaded the game my balance was 10 mbtc short. I didn't get to play the hand. When I contacted customer support about it they basically said they would contact game provider, but nothing else they can do. I haven't heard back from either. You would think being a loyal player they wouldn't have thought twice to take care of this issue for me but that definitely was not the case. So quick to take our money but it's excuse after excuse when there's a problem.

Your account has since been credited the 10 mBTC that was lost, and the issue should now be fixed.

It seems pretty clear to me, your review has been removed simply because we have a dedicated service when it comes to complaints, it's called AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service/.

So called review? Lol someone seems a little butt hurt. I just find it funny that my comment was deleted when I've read so many others fairly similar and those were not. I didn't submit my review as a complaint so it should not have been treated as one. I sent my complaint straight to mbit. They chose to respond and fix my issue As soon as they saw it.. Which in my opinion is pretty jacked up, because they didn't want to have anything to do with me until they seen my review. What I posted was my personal opinion and experience with that casino. Doesn't make much sense why you deleted it.

Just leave this thread and move on. You got refunded and the explanation to your claims. Trust me it will not be in your best interest to take this further and continue to nag.

When you posted the comment your issue with the aforementioned casino was definitely not resolved, which means you must use AGCCS rather than trying to get assistance or resolve it via comments. It's that simple actually and I can assure you we do not make exceptions about anyone here.

 

As for the rest of your post, well, it's now obvious why the casino team was not so interested in responding to your query in a timely fashion, you won't get far with such an attitude. :(
