Best and worst customer support!

Hi all..I play at a lot of casino's 32red, guts,risk etc..and as a rule online support has always been superb ..and on a few occasions I have contacted support usually after losing and then asking for a cheeky gesture of goodwill Haha...but unquestionably my worse ever experience was with casumo!where do I start firstly and without going into to many details but basically I was told I shouldn't play here as I have the wrong mental attitude to ever win...haha! Secondly when I complained about that he replied I'm a Yorkshireman that's how I speak straight from the hip! I couldn't make this up even if I tried I was in total shock!....just interested in your dealings with online support the good the bad and the ugly!..lol

I'm actually surprised that you received that kind of support from Casumo, they're usually pretty good.

 

Trada are about the best at the moment IMO, I've had plenty of bad customer support over the years let me tell you

Such a treatment is obviously a sign of unprofessionalism. That is why it is important to choose a casino with a good customer support. Sadly, it’s not that easy to find such a site. Sometimes you can only understand if the casino’s support is working properly by contacting them. It's possible to do that via email form or live chat, where you can ask a question concerning, for example, wagering conditions, etc. Independence on how quickly and how expertly they reply you’ll determine if a certain casino worth entering. Also, it wouldn't harm to check complaints about the casino.

for me willhill is both best and worst. It depends on who you get for your livechat session, lol

 

ive had really odd and apparently complex issues solved in matter of minutes, but ive also had situations where simple free spins promo wouldnt work and live chat person would be as confused as i am ... 

 

oh and iGame. igame has the worst support ive had misfortune to deal with, and 9 out of 10 times you will either run into someone who obviously doesnt give rats a$$ about your problem, and is not even trying to hide it. Ive also had live chat hang on me multiple times and in my 7 or so years of online play, thats the only site such a thing actually happened as i really try to be as nice as possible.

if it was just one live chat rep, sure it could happen everywhere, but if every chat rep has same uninspired, ignorant attitude, its obviously casinos fault. Either that or they recruit crappy live chat reps on purpose :)

MR SMITH CASINO THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT..AND HERE IS WHY

Wow where do i start. Ive been on this site a couple of years amd used paypal to deposit back in the day around 2017. But in january 2019 i closed my paypal down. So used my visa to deposit since then No issues until i won and tried to withdraw £140. The only option to withdraw was to paypal. So i thought. Simple mistake ill go onto chat and resolve it . Ha! The lovely operator proceeded to tell me id made a deposit by paypal. And i told her this was not possible as i hadnt had a paypal account since January ( its now april) she brushed that off and told me i was mistaken. So i took my time to screen shot the transactions id made on the site and even on my online banking. And she still said i was incorrect. I went back into chat to speak to someone else and i asked him to confirm my last transaction and via what means it was done. My answer was it was today by visa!! Great. I have proof. So i asked what is the need to withdraw back to paypal. He couldnt answer and told me i that the site needed verification that my paypal account wasnt in use anymore. So they can remove it and let me withdraw to my visa id debited on. Ahhh i started jumping through the hoops for them Luckily i had an email off paypal stating my account was closed. So i screenshoted it and sent it through verification as requested. An hour later i got a response saying that it didnt show my paypal account numbers??? I told them paypal DIDN'T HAVE ACCOUNT NUMBERS and went back on chat. ( in the meantime i had requested SIX callbacks and i didn't get ONE phone call. Just emails shortly after asking me how to call went and to provide feedback. What!?) So back on chat the operator told me he had spoken to " another team" and they said they wanted the email to show MY EMAIL address. And apologised for the misunderstanding.hmmmmmm?! So sent an email AGAIN. showing my email address. And guess what the response was!?! Haha they wanted the email to show paypal account numbers. Something that dont even exist...so feeling quite angry i went BACK onto chat and another operator told me he had spoken to the team and now they want an offical letter off paypal stating my account was closed???!! Oh wow I hit the roof! Why all this drama when i hadnt even deposited with paypal?! The problem is with a few selected gambling sites nowadays. They are happy to accept your money. But make you jump through hoops to get it back!! Update: i FINALLY got a call off them and they said Ohhh the last time you used paypal was two years ago. So we will remove that option and you can withdraw to the card you deposited on, just like that!! Honestly guys keep away

I had a similar experience once at Guts Casino but with an old debit card  I no longer had in use, Had to go through rings just to get proof to them this card was no longer in use even though I hadn't used the card to deposit for ages!

Videoslots is just as bad. They process withdrawals back to the most used card: you can reset it apparently, regardless, a stupid system. 

As for Guts - wouldn’t send them a penny. They’re a shambles.  ?

Funny again how you’re allowed to deposit and the ‘rules’ don’t apply. Come withdrawal time, as if by magic, the rules are invoked. How quaint.

I don’t get this whole card verification thing. If the payment processors ran checks surely, they’d match the card details to the account?

One of the best fast and informative support has Mr.Green for sure I never had a problem getting something solved once a guy was with me for over an hour trying to fix something for me.

The worst one was Bozanza support there is phone verification thing and I couldn't send it because I didn't type right phone number and when I tried again i "Reached the limit" then I contacted support and guy said me we can't send it to you your provider doesn't allow it in such a rude way like he doesn't even care that I can't verify my phone he didn't even try to help.
After I asking him one more time that i know my phone is good and i can get a message he just closed the chat after what I created new acc and guess what message came then I asked them just to close the account for me.

Well, I had one case, I was looking for vulnerabilities in different sites, usually it was every little thing where you can bet with things from games, if I found a vulnerability, I informed the administration and received some kind of reward, a trifle but nice, but in one of those days, when I informed the administration of the next site about an error, I received a ban :D

The worst support ever had was in limoplay which was closed later etc. I asked support about a term I wanted to have it clarified. The response was " stop wasting my time you little sh@@" Took a ss sent it via email to vip dep. I was offered 100 euros. I never took it just for pride. They closed.

Now that must have been a chat session to remember! 😮 :crazy:

I mean, I've seen some really bizarre, even insane stuff from casino employees over the years but nothing even close to that.

I was trying to find, in terms of weirdness, the Stakers casino landing page as it had, following their licence suspension, a weird message about 'Choo Choo, the evil UKGC has halted the train' with links to a petition on the GC's incompetence - that's been one of the weirdest casino's positions i've seen. Almost like the management got steaming drunk and were let loose on the developer page of the site.

Weirdly now the domain looks like an affiliate site

I remember the worst customers services among online casino Malaysia are g**55. Once, I call their customer services. They keep on pass the phone line to other persons. Feel like they not willing to assist me at all😅But there are few online casino Malaysia that I tried is still consider ok. For example lvking and qqwin. Their customer services team will stand on user perspectives and patiently help users throughout the process. me88 also is another casino Malaysia that I like because they have 24/7 supports and sometimes will give me some rewards for compensations...haha🤣Maybe I too lucky....

I recommend new players can always approach the casino's customer services team first before playing it. Good customer services will save your time and effort a lot. Trust me😁
