Withdraws from Betway

Hi there I have some questions that aren't getting answered from the online chat if anyone can help or give advice that would be great. I recently deposited 1000 to Betway casino and with great luck I won 16,000. I recently looked up Betway and read horror stories on withdrawals and they will find any reason not to pay you. I have not used any of the bonus incentives with my 1000 deposit but I did claim a free spin bonus for a whopping win of 3.00 in the past. Do I have to be worried about the 30% wagering rule do I?

Any help would or advice would be great I'm just really worried they are going to find a way not to pay me after reading so many negative comments:(

I personally don't think you'll have a problem with Betway.

By the 30% wagering rule what exactly do you mean?

If you deposited and played with your own money and there was absolutely no bonus involved and your balance was zero before you deposited so no previous bonus would still be active you will not be bound by any of their bonus terms. Is this the case?

Well I had the free spin balance left on my bonus account then deposited the 1000 and bet 22.50 dollar bets, I'm wondering if that tiny bonus is going to hurt me from my winnings

So you still had a bonus in tact when you deposited?

I've just checked their terms and their max bet is 30% of the value of their bonus. How much bonus did you have in your account?

.14 cents

Well in that case there should be no wagering attached which means now max bet rule. Usually when your balance falls below $1 any bonus requirements are removed and I'd imagine Betway have this rule to.

I wouldn't worry. Have you put the withdrawal through? Is it your first withdrawal?

This may not be the case her, Sharon darling...

If the system had removed and cleared all previous wagering, that 0.14 balance would have been removed too...but it wasn't and it was still showing. Most probably it means that the system did not remove the previous wagering requirements. Quite a number of casinos are still having this ridiculous system! It may also mean that the 30% max bet rule may still be in play!

Anyway, the 30% max bet rule applies to the ORIGINAL BONUS AMOUNT, not on the balance of the bonus amount. For a $100 bonus, the max bet of 30% would be $30...but most casinos limit this to $7.50 or lower.

The best thing is to get clarification from the casino support.

The next thing to do is...always remember to request a removal of all previous wagerings if a bonus balance is still showing in your account!

I usually avoid casinos that don't do this automatically. It can really irritate...not to mention cause huge stresses when it comes to withdrawals.  <_<

Another question, If your bonus balance is reset to zero on and an additional deposit is made they're should be absolute no bonus terms attached correct and the bonus balance is zero?

Yes, that is correct. No bonus balance means no outstanding or unfinished wagering to be done. Any new deposit without taking any bonus can be played with any bet size you like, which should have been for your case.

Hopefully, that 0.14 balance didn't have much wagering left to do, in which case, the entire wagering balance could have been completed along the way, thereby allowing you a clean sheet to play with, and without any restrictions whatsoever. Then your withdrawal shouldn't be a problem at all, except for possible delays on the casino's side.  ;)
