Must add that , despite good work from Tania , casinos like Planet 7, Cool Cat and many others from same 2 or 3 groups should have been banned already long time ago.

Simple reason, they dont keep their promises about withdraws in far too many cases, anybody can read these reviews, stories. Not only here.

Guts - A once great outfit then then suffered laggy games, disconnects, weird verification requests and rubbish offers. A shame

Next/Casino Luck - Takeover completely changed the feel of them. Now cheap and nasty, especially with their support and marketing

Kindred Group - reliable, yes. But lord are they stingy with loyalty. Absolutely nothing. 32 Red seem to be intent on alienating their customers as well

BLACKLISTED: FashionTV casino is using unethical business practices in its relation with affiliate as well as delaying and/or confiscating legitimate players winnings with unjustified and unfair reasons.

 

To our greatest surprise, instead of working really hard in solving their historical issues of typical roguish behavior featuring unfair confiscation of legitimate winnings, delayed or even declined payments, working under doubtful licences, etc etc, it appears this operator has chosen an insane 'shortcut' in an attempt to get rid of their well-deserved 'glory'. Thanks to ThePOGG who sent us a friendly warning, our SEO Team confirmed and neutralized successfully a negative SEO attack which we have all the reasons to believe was initiated and conducted by the aforementioned operator.

As much as I find their AGCCS history and especially the number of their accepted and processed complaints as totally unacceptable for any UKGC regulated brand, I believe they are trying hard to get back on track with all these countless delayed payments.
