Hi,

yes - I asked about this and got answer:

We're updating also Redbet and since Whitebet works under same license and same regulations from game providers as Redbet,
we're not able to release Netent games yet to Whitebet, otherwise we would take them off from Redbet.

How it can be?

There is another issue with that casino.

I played 2 Netent games in this casino (Gonzos Guest and Elements the Awakening).

I depositet and lost more than 10 000 eur during last 2 months and now they

just removed those games and made the option for winning back something impossible.

Is this something, casinos can just do??

for my view the situation currently is:

- you deposit to the casino more than 10000 eur (in 2 months) and you lost everything for playing 2 games (with small bets, usually 2.- eur bet)

- then on the same (or next) day after the last deposit/play, casino removes those 2 games to avoid you get any winnings back

Yes of course, casino can say that the upgrade of casino was planned or something, but they can not just remove the games where player

should have the option to get something back (because of the previous huge loss).

So you really think they have only removed these games just because of you?  ;)

Well a lot of changed happened lately and this is not because of you. Netent got restricted for Canadians and some other players. Neteller Mastercard are discontinued from 25 november in my country and some others as well.

So if that is your conclusion of Whitebet casino, I am sure i can claim that Neteller discontinued their MasterCard service in my country because i use it too much for swiping and withdrawals?

Hi,

what do you think about the new look of whitebet casino?

Im a worried, that they have removed all netent games from there.. Does anyone know, why?

Hello and welcome to AskGamblers.

Let me share my two cents about the questions you raised so far...

1. Yes, they have the right to change/amend their terms at any time and without prior notice. This is in fact a pretty standard industry term which 99% of online brands have duly written within their terms and conditions.

2. Yes, they have the right to remove/add any game from any gaming provider at any given time and again without prior notice. Keep in mind that the games you mentioned are quite popular among players and there are millions, probably tens of millions wagered on these games, meaning that your 'how to win back' demands are not just unfair and unjustified, but also naive. After all, we talk about a random game here which has no memory of previous wins and losses. ;)

3. You could however chase further the exact time when those changes from November 14th have been applied and request a refund of all bets placed after that time, if any of course.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
