    I have some great news, a long time rule we have is being removed.

    Previously, we have not been able to talk about active complaints. THIS RULE HAS NOW BEEN REMOVED. 

    Moving forward - any member is now welcome to come here and discuss an open complaint. 

    Over the course of the next few weeks and months we will seeing some huge changes in the forum regarding complaints - WATCH THIS SPACE. More info to follow soon.
