7reels Casino - Not honouring full max cashout limit

I signed up at 7reels casino and claimed a signup bonus. The following are the bonus rules that i copied from eh website

 

Our wagering conditions are some of the best you will find at an online gaming casino. Wagering conditions vary according to each offer. Here are some basic rules:

1. To request a withdrawal, you must wager a minimum of 25 times the deposit amount and 25 times the corresponding Bonus amount.

2. You must wager a minimum of 99 times the Bonus amount to request a withdrawal from free Bonus Money.

3. You must wager a minimum of 75 times the bonus amount and the maximum withdrawal limit from a Sign-up Bonus is €100 to request a withdrawal from a Sign-up bonus. In order to request a withdrawal from a Sign-up Bonus, the Member must have at least one approved deposit transaction into his/her Account.

4. Only the first bonus applied on the player's account is considered a Sign-up Bonus. The subsequent free bonuses that a Member receives before making their first deposit are not considered withdrawable.

 

I received $30 sign up bonus and had to wager it x75. I still have $240 in my account and i need to make a deposit in order to withdraw.

 

now support says if i deposit $25, i can only withdraw $100, so which means $25 which is my deposit and $75 from the winnings.

 

Now i think this is absurd, anyone agree with me, or do i understand the bonus terms wrong?

 

i think if i make deposit of $25, i should be able to withdraw $125 right?

Hmmmm...now this is a tricky one indeed! It clearly states $100 max cashout, now if this was me I too would probably expect the $100 cashout and then my $25 deposit on top,, and in the past this is what I've received in such situations. 

 

Why don't you say to them so I deposit $25, I'll cashout $100 and I assume my $25 will remain in my account? If they say no then I'd just be happy that you've won the $75 for nothing

Of course you are entitled to request 100 derived from bonus play + 25 from your deposit, total 125. I would give them a couple of days sorting this out and if they continue giving same lame excuses then you know what to do, right.

If you must know mate...7 Reels Casino was the main reason why I finally closed ALL my accounts at every Winward Group casinos!!!

 

About 13 years or so ago, 7 Reels casino cheated me out of my winnings...a few hundred bucks, can't remember how much, which they refused to pay me. I did not break any rules, I did not do anything wrong, my winnings came from a deposit without taking any bonus...yet they claimed I had taken a bonus and refused to pay anything!!!

 

After much arguments, I got so infuriated with them, their support team, even with their manager later on, that I immediately closed all my accounts at Winward casinos! I can NEVER NEVER trust them ever again!

Yes i definitely know what to do, i threatened them by telling them i will make use of the AGCCS to set the record straight.

 

The keep on insisting i should withdraw $100 and not $125.

 

I will withdraw $125 and see what happens, if they decline or still try to tell me the same stories i will open an official complaint.

I have to be honest reading your chat transcript I don't think the operator fully understood what you was trying to say. Why don't you go back on to support and try speaking to someone else or have you already done that?

I asked Valdes to email the Casino Manager that is here representing the casino on the review page, but not active int he forum. Valdes copied this thread in the email asking the casino to get in touch with me.

 

So ill give it till Monday to see if they reach out.

Well mate, it is better to get something back rather than nothing at all...like in my case many years ago.

 

Come to think of it...I was so infuriated at that time that I lost my senses and gave up chasing on that $1500! That was a lot maaan!!! What a stupid mistake on my part that was...but then again...I was still INEXPERIENCED!!!

Well, they have asked you to make a $25 deposit to upgrade your account into a full member account. Same as what had happened to me years ago.

 

Then they asked me to make 2 more deposits following that first deposit, also as per their requirements. I can't remember what it was for. After I made that 2 deposits, 3 deposits of $25 each, I still couldn't withdraw my winnings, because the casino's management wanted to SCRUTINISE my account first! And with that , I played and wasted all my $1500 in my account, then immediately closed it!

 

You'll only get non-stop delaying tactics from 7Reels and ALL WINWARD CASINOS!

Well, consider yourself lucky mate! Getting back $75 is better than none at all. 

 

Just be careful with all the other Winward casinos though...they all have the same ridiculous Bonus terms!
