    Marvel Mystery Jackpot

    Marvel Mystery Jackpot is a multi-level progressive jackpot game that is available in all Marvel games and is linked to all Marvel games. A small percentage of each bet in the Marvel games, by every person playing this game in each of many online casinos, is added to the progressive jackpot.

    The trigger that starts the Jackpot game is random and can occur after any spin in any of the linked games. It is not caused by any symbol combination in the linked games and even a spin that does not win anything in the main game can trigger the Jackpot game. Likewise, any bet with any size in the linked games can trigger the Jackpot game. Nonetheless, the chances of triggering the Jackpot game increase or decrease proportionally to the bet size. Entering the Jackpot game guarantees a win of one of the four jackpots. Playing the Jackpot game reveals the jackpot that has been awarded to you, but does not determine it.

    There are four different levels of jackpots that you can win: Power Jackpot, Extra Power Jackpot, Super Power Jackpot and Ultimate Power Jackpot. Different types of jackpots hold different prize amounts. The jackpot gamescreen contains 20 squares which in the beginning of the gameplay are turned upside down. Clicking on a square will turn it around and reveal one of four jackpot symbols on the other side. Once you have found three matching symbols, you win the jackpot that corresponds to these symbols. Jackpot winnings are added to the main game winnings (if any) and are displayed in the Win field together with any other winnings.

    The Marvel Mystery Jackpot game has a timeout timer. This means that if you do not pick a square in a set amount of time, you will automatically receive your prize.

    The Jackpot for this game works like this:

    Seed (how much money the Jackpots start out with):

    Power: €50

    Extra Power: €500

    Super Power: €5,000

    Ultimate Power: €100,000

    Contribution rate (what percentage of each bet goes into Jackpot):

    0.99%

    Win condition (the result you have to get to win the Jackpot):

    Entering the jackpot game guarantees a win. Match 3 jackpot symbols of the corresponding Jackpot or wait for the timer to run out.

    Win requirements (what you need to do to be eligible for the Jackpot):

    Play a Marvel game.

     

     

     

     

    Hello people.I want to ask about Marvel jackpot and playtech. Some time ago I was entered to Jackpot game in the game Iron man 2 and won nothing. Firtsly I thought I havent matched symbols. But maybe it can be because of their casino's bonus? They didnt said about that and was advertising their jackpot games. So was I played with my deposit just like with a fun money?

    What you have just said above  doesn't make any sense at all to me!  :huh:

     

    Firstly, depositing to get a deposit bonus to play on Marvel Jackpot games is usually allowed by all Playtech casinos. In fact, they even encourage players to do so! So, in your case, there was nothing wrong when you played Iron Man 2 with your bonus money. You did not break any rules.

     

    Secondly, when you get into a Marvel Jackpot game, you are GUARANTEED to win a Marvel Jackpot Prize!!! I cannot understand why you didn't win anything at all. Matching any 3 POWER symbols will automatically win you that prize. The game has a time limiter, so if you are late in picking the 3 symbols, the system will automatically pick 3 winning symbols RANDOMLY! 

     

    There is NO WAY that you can miss winning one of the 4 Marvel Jackpot Prizes...UNLESS...you played at a ROGUE CASINO that doesn't have the license to operate the jackpot game!!!

     

    May I know at which casino you played it please?  :huh:

    Oh gees! I've been a long time member at Casino Tropez, until last year, when my ISP got totally blocked off from accessing it. Now I cannot play at Tropez at all, but luckily Vegas Red is still available for me. They are from the same group of casinos.

     

    Have you asked their Support team why you didn't win any prize for it? Did you get a screenshot of that jackpot game as proof that it didn't pay you anything? Without any screenshots proof, it would be almost impossible to fight for it now, not after a long break.  :(

    Furthermore...did you play with the full 25 paylines? What was your bet size when you got that Jackpot game? At some casinos, there is a maximum allowed bet size rule, which may be in force at Tropez but I'm not certain about this. You need to get clarifications from the casino team themselves!

    When you enter a Marvel Jackpot game, ONLY YOU are facing that jackpot game! Others may also be having their jackpot games at the same time, but only one jackpot game screen can be seen by one person at any one time, regardless of how many other players are also having their jackpot games. AND...EACH PLAYER IS GUARANTEED A JACKPOT PRIZE!!! Guaranteed by Playtech, not by the casino! 

     

    In very rare circumstances, 2 players may hit the jackpot prize at the very same split second, almost as impossible as it may seem, but if this was your case, then Playtech need to confirm that this happened for you, but the other player getting the jackpot prize instead. If proven correct and did happened, then you should also get your share of the jackpot prize won by the other player...but only Playtech can know how much that player had won!

     

    Whatever it is...YOU SHOULD HAVE WON A JACKPOT PRIZE...if everything else was in proper order and no rules were broken!

    Yep I really don't think there is need for any more explanation as to what Afi has already said.

     

    Can you talk us through exactly what happened when you entered the game? Did you take your picks?

     

    I run out of time when I won the Pink Panther jackpot and they pick the last vault for me but I still won the prize money.

    What our Playtech most experienced member Afi4wins advised above is totally correct - there is NO way someone else being paid for your own jackpot game. You have most probably faced a very rare software glitch which unfortunately in my humble opinion could be sorted out accordingly only by the Playtech team themselves and has nothing to do with the relevant casino where that jackpot game has been hit. Therefore, I strongly encourage you to contact the casino support team once again and request your issue to be forwarded further up the line to Playtech directly. It will certainly take some time, but sincerely hope your issue will be resolved successfully and you will get what is rightfully yours. :good:
