raverbabe
Okay so today I spotted this golden nugget in my e-mail and felt it was worth a share.... admittedly it came from what I assume is an affiliate and not Neteller directly, however surely everybody knows this statement could not be further from the truth? I can count the number of casinos that process Neteller withdrawal requests instantly on one hand! cocopop3011

Fiekie247
True, on videoslots when i request a withdrawal, 1 minute late the money is available in my neteller. The maximum i wait these days are 30 minutes at 90% of casinos i play at.

Not a legit statement really though - to claim they are instant at almost every online casino is a massive claim to make! Even a 30 minute wait isn't instant. On saying that I don't withdraw to Neteller so it's difficult for me to comment. Awena

That should be an industry standard. I rarely play in casinos that don't offer instant withdrawals to Neteller nowadays. cocopop3011
ValDes
I believe the statement is totally correct, simply because once the casino team processed the payment via their Neteller account it gets instantly into player's Neteller account. It's totally different question though how much time the casino team would need to reach to the part with processing the payment... hajnrih, cocopop3011 and Afi4wins

I'll be forever grateful to Neteller because they allow many countries to use their Master Card to cash out on the ATM, unlike Skrill. Instant deposits, instant withdrawals, instant cashouts on the ATM. All you need to do is win Fiekie247

Fiekie247
Yeah the fees are a bit high, but it's a small price to pay for instant access to your money The other thing i hate about neteller is their conversion fees. When you have an account in USD and receive funds in Euro, they take a lot of your money. Even When you deposit in euro they charge a lot of fees. But you can contact them to change the currency and you will have to order a new card. The fee was 4% I think which adds up to the overall fees. Well yes that statement would of course be correct, but the way I read that mailer is that withdrawals are actually processed immediately, as in no pending time!?? Well, you don't expect that Neteller would speak on behalf the casino operators, do you? The way I see it, Neteller is speaking about their own operations from their own end and what they stated there is true - Neteller transactions are processed immediately once the casino processed the relevant transaction from their end to the player's account. Even if we look upon their statement from a different perspective, it's still Neteller who is among the fastest known payment methods when it comes to online gambling and withdrawals respectively. Perhaps only Bitcoin network is the only real rival, but using Neteller is still a much better option for most punters since it's offered by most online casinos and no one would accuse you for being a 'double spender'. hajnrih, cocopop3011 and Fiekie247

I find the currency conversion rates to be really quite reasonable with both Skrill and Neteller? How much do you find you lose with the conversion? When I was receiving money via Skrill I too used to lose quite a bit during the conversion. Can't give figures I'm afraid but I do remember contacting support about it and just getting a useless response.
raverbabe
Whenever I receive money in USD lately I usually find the amount I get in GBP is very close to what google says the days bank rates are, I wonder if its changed recently, pretty much everything else has been increased though so I guess it would be surprising if they chose to do us a favour with the FX rates. ValDes
Skrill and Neteller are now part of the same company. Personally, I find the currency exchange fees both e-wallets apply as high, probably too high. Does Skrill apply any foreign exchange fees? If your Skrill Account is in a currency other than the currency of the transaction, an additional 3.99% Foreign Exchange fee will be applied. This charge helps protect both parties from the volatility and risk associated with foreign exchange markets. It may vary according to your account status. Skrill exchange rates are updated throughout the day. For Neteller: Fees* Free to pay in shops, restaurants, or online 3.99% foreign exchange fee 8.00 GBP shipping and handling fee 1.75% cash withdrawal fee 8.00 GBP to replace a lost card cocopop3011 and Fiekie247
