jazzgeoff
Hi all I'm very new to online casino's, I made a deposit with pamper using their 2000% bonus. I managed to win, earning myself $650 to withdraw. So I filled out the ticket and decided to check out the sister site AC casino, made a deposit there too. In the meantime I discovered askgamblers, and as a result found a lot of negativity towards both these sites. So i wasn't surprised when 3 weeks passed without word from Pamper about my withdrawal. I noticed my ticket had been marked as resolved, so I sent accounting an email to which I received a very speedy response telling me they were now ready to process my withdrawal. They also told me that Neteller (as i requested) would not be possible, and that i would be sent my winnings by another provider, they would be processed in $300 increments each with a $50 fee!! Another week has passed since my last contact with them, in that time i have managed to win with my AC casino deposit, $950 to withdraw. The balance in my casino account at Pamper still reads $650, and I am very hesitant to claim the AC withdrawal until Pamper has payed me.. So for the moment the cash sits in my casino accounts on both sites.. Honestly don't mind waiting all that much, but it's a bit disconcerting to worry about whether you will be receiving your money and in what sort of time frame, And the lack of communication. I'm really curious to hear about anyone else's experiences with either casino in recent times (last year or so). They have a lot of complaints here but not a lot in recent times. Also if anyone has dealt with them and has any advice I would love to hear it. Since finding Askgamblers I'm following player reviews and complaints made to make sure I'm playing at trusted casino's Thanks for reading
Fiekie247
Hi I never made a deposit or withdrawal at any of these casinos, but i claimed there NDB but never made to withdrawal. I am sure there is a bad reputation in them paying you but not sure lately how it is. If they do pay it can take weeks or even months. But i cannot be 100% sure. All the best and Good Luck. ValDes
Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. Well, you don't need to be a fortuneteller to foreseen potential troubles with your payments on the horizon... Sorry to be the bad messenger here, but the complaints history which both of these brands have with AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service/ is simply terrible and I would be greatly and pleasantly surprised if your payment/s are being processed any time soon. In your place, I would start considering the option to use AGCCS and submit a complaint as soon as possible.
jazzgeoff
Hi, Thanks for for your response, I feel I will get the chance to try out the complaints section very soon. I think I will give them another chance to respond first, probably next week I will make an official complaint. I'm just torn at the moment on whether I should put in a withdrawal claim for my winnings at AC, or whether I should just try to deal with the pamper issue first. Like I said, I'm very new to this. I have no expectation of being paid anytime soon, If i get my winnings in the end I'll be happy and chalk it up as a learning experience. Since then I have found a few casino's that have shown great professionalism and treated me like a valued customer, and of course askgamblers is playing a big part in my 'education'. Thanks again

raverbabe
as you already noticed JazzGeoff, "Pamper" have a whole lot of complaints around the web so I just wouldn't risk playing there. The name is pretty laughable too which I often find somewhat of an indicator about the quality of a place!
