Minumum risk wagering

Hi All,

I usually do not accept the bonusses and made a mistake with Leovegas , anyways , I had a bonus of Eur 100 and ended up with Eur 4,000. When I wanted to cash in I still had the wager requirement ( around 60%) so continued the normal way 300 bets on less than 10 numbers but large bets on colours and raws to finish the requirement. Than I read the conditions and it seems that I should not have done so. I have not withdrew anything yet. Shall I just call the customer support and tell the issue or would it simply end up confiscating all my winnings .

Hello Pioneer and welcome to AskGamblers,

Because of the terminology used by you I guess you were playing roulette, maybe live dealer version?  -ok- and what I see in most of casinos is they have stablished in their terms maximum bets when you're playing with bonuses, most of the time between $5 and $10. Additionally many casinos don´t accept live dealer games to meet wagering requirements; that's one of the reasons I keep stuck to some few casinos that accept wagering on live dealer games, or simply I don't take bonus offers, excepting when I'm want to play slots.

However, you still can get in touch with casino's support team and hope for the best.

All we the players have ever made a mistake for not having read terms and conditions carefully before deposit, you're not the only one, so take it easy the casino's reply and learn from your experience.

Wish you the best with your issue mate.

Hello Pioneer and welcome to AskGamblers!

Unfortunately it seems you did breach T&C's which will result in confiscated winnings.

This must be upsetting for you but also a lesson to learn.

It will not help if you contact Live Support as there is nothing they can do.

I would strongly recommend to read T&C's, not only for the given bonus but General T&C's as well.

This is the only way you can save yourself future troubles.

Good Luck **

:hi:

Yep, I agree with Raptor on this one get in touch and just see what they say. Its more than likely not going to be the outcome you want however there's no harm in trying.

Come back and let us know,  I hope they manage to work something out for you.

Without knowing which casino it is none of us can be sure but I think you would be lucky to have found a casino where it's ok to play roulette as you describe with a bonus. The best you might be able to negotiate by talking with them would probably be having your balance reset back to start and having another go at beating the bonus in line with the rules. Good luck with it!

It is leovegas. But I can not find anywhere where the maximum betting amount would be. The bonus contribution is 10% so need to bet in total 300 times of bonus which would end up 30,000 Eur. If I am permitted to be 5-10 Eur only this would take days to fullfill. It is not reasonable. O/W they should just recognise the weightinging of low risk wagers as 0% which would be meaningful.

Hi there Pioneer and welcome to AskGamblers.

Sorry to be the bad messenger here, but you could already consider your winnings as voided due to a clear breach of LeoVegas General Terms and conditions and the rule quoted below in particular.

The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is €5 per bet. Failure to follow this may result in forfeiting any winnings.

Not reading very very very carefully all the bonus and casino terms before playing is a sure recipe for a disaster at a later stage.
