Yeah, I was blardy surprised when I got 5 of Michael, which I have not been able to get after thousands and thousands of spins before this, but after winning that 10 EUR from IR, I switched over to another disastrous game for me! What a stupid mistake that was! Maybe I should have stayed with IR, or turned to Starburst, or try Adventure Palace or Break Da Bank Again instead...but I guess Michael gave me an unexpected shock...and I lost my mind for a while!  :D

I have contacted Live Support in order to claim IR Free Spins and I got confused after I have been told that promotion expired on 29 August.

 

I have told live operator agent that this is the AG exclusive but she wasn't aware of the on going promotion.

 

I had to upload screenshot of this promotion via live chat and then I was told FS will be credited until 9 a.m.

 

I am personally cool with this because your presence here, otherwise I would be upset :)

 

It's not about me but its really important for customer support excellence.

 

Players seems to be spoiled and impatient nowadays .

I didn't win anything so far.

 

When I logged into my account there wasn't free spins and had to resend my screenshot again which means the operator from the last nigh left everything undone.

 

I don't blame  her but I simply lost interest. 

 

First experience is very important and I started wondering if the previous agent was new to casino actually. 

 

If so, newbie should never do on their own because this is how they might lose customers. 

 

My friend will use these spins not me.

Oh dear that's such a shame, but I have to admit I am exactly the same. First impressions really do count and if I'm instantly put off a casino for whatever reason it may be, especially if it's support it's really hard for me to come back from that.

I would surely listen to Afi's advice in this articular situation. Patience is a virtue they say, but when it comes to gambling it may well be the difference between taking the free bonus and trying to win something rather than say goodbye with empty pockets.
