I've worked in support quite a lot in my life so I know all too well how awful people treat you in those jobs sometimes. I feel obliged to be extra polite, they are only doing their job afterall - they don't actually make the rules.

As u can clearly see I don't play many games. I stick to less than 10 always. I try to read a pattern.
