cocopop3011
So...I finally found some time this morning for what I thought would be a very quick deposit at Fruity Casa Casino. (I'm sorry I have to share this but I do!) I didn't get off to a great start to the casino a few weeks ago when I tried to sign up. First of all my username was taken and I couldn't remember if I had registered (My fault not the casinos). Spoke to live chat they confirmed I didn't have an account so I was able to sign up. Then before making my deposit I needed to make sure my partner hadn't already registered here since we would be sharing the same IP. Had a chat with support since my partner wasn't here for me to ask him and I couldn't get hold him but they would not tell me whether he had an account. I wasn't asking for any personal details since I already had them, all I wanted to know was whether or not there was another account with the same IP. They wouldn't tell me. I've never had that problem ever! I am aware of the data protection act, I've worked in customer services all my life, I wasn't asking the agent to break the rules of the act, a mere yes or no answer is what I wanted. Anyway it came to light then that the casino doesn't mind 2 people sharing the same ip address so that problem was eventually overcome. Tried to deposit and it said I need to update my details. Went through this 3 times and it just kept deleting everything I was writing. By this point my experience at the casino was already a hassle and usually I'd give up. But knowing Casa is a good casino I've persevered. Again spoke to live chat told I needed to restart my computer I didn't because I had things I was using. Closed browser re-opened, re entered details again and it finally worked. I'm now almost one hour into trying to make a deposit. Eventually able to get the deposit screen up, entered my card details went all the way through and it refreshed and asked me to enter card details again. Tried to and it said payment already processed. Back to the home screen to see no funds in the account. Live chat saying payment didn't go through. Then spent ages trying to get through to my bank to see what happened with payment, it didn't go through. No my question is - Do I try again? First impressions are so important to me but I have to say I am not impressed! Live chat have helped but really not been apologetic at all. When I expressed my disappointment to the casino that I haven't got off to a great start - I had the reply "I'm sure we will work it out". So guys....Do I stay with the casino? Afi4wins
OH MY GAWD!!! What you are going through now, Sharon darling, is something like what I had to endure with my registration at Fruity Casa Casino some time back. No need to rekindle the fire on what had happened then in my case, but it made me blew my top nonetheless. Now you are facing a similar hassle, of a different nature, and not knowing to blame the casino's Support Team, the cashier system, or what. Maybe it's a bad omen for you Sharon, which I usually do believe in, because I still cannot win at Fruity Casa after that bad incident of mine. So perhaps, it is telling you not to proceed, for one reason or another, but this is just my personal thoughts and instincts. So sorry Jelena darling...I'm not trying to discourage Sharon from playing at Fruity Casa...but when it starts bad...it usually always remain bad...for me at least. Don't know about Sharon, so I'm just advising her, from my own personal view. My apologies in advance. cocopop3011
raverbabe
I've had some bonus winnings voided before, I believe it might have been at Thrills as a result of me and my boyfriend both having played there from the same IP, and for that reason I almost exclusively connect via the hotspot on my mobile phone when I am going to play now to make sure me and him won't ever be logged at the same IP. I did used to ask some casinos if we were okay to both play from the same IP and the general consensus was yes, as long as you don't both take the bonuses. If a casino wasn't willing to give me a straight answer regarding this issue though, I would choose not to deposit - I won't gamble anywhere that I'm not confident will pay me my winnings, I got burnt once and will never let it happen again. cocopop3011
cocopop3011
Usually the first sign of a problem at a new casino I turn around and never look back, however because it is this particular casino I'm really undecided now. And this is the thing...I've never had winnings void luckily and both me and my partner have always played in casinos. We both have different favourites but over time we've played in loads of the same casinos. The only casino we fell into trouble with is NextCasino - they cancelled my account under the same IP so we both now use his but that's it. The reason why we've not had problems is because the casinos have always been able to tell me if there is another account under the same ip. My partner has registered at there he tells me but can't remember if he took the bonus and doesn't know his log in details. Now this really poses an issue for me after what raverbabe has just said. And since the casino refuse to tell me then I'm left with no other option but to not deposit.
blondie
Oh, this is very unfortunate coco. Unfortuantely I have had many technical issues when it comes to deposits.. To be very honest, I most likely wouldn't deposit, not only because of the IP question you didn't get an answer to, but you would be probably be still be frustrated and the gaming session would be ruined. Fiekie247
My advise, dont deposit. Just rather stay where u comfortableand play where you normally get winnings paid easily. I normally dont bother with a casino when any doubt comes to mind, or if something small like deposits becomes and issue, imgagine withdrawals which are a big factor, might become a bigger issue. Not to say Fruity Casa is not legit, but due to you situation.

helenakp
As for Fruity Casa pretty decent casino as we all know that, but i will share Afis opinion, because i really do believe in that kind of staff if it wont work just give up,something is telling you to walk away. I had similar situation in few casinos and the way my sign up process went, with difficulties the same way my deposits went ,so now when i am having troubles with the deposit or account i simply walk away Afi4wins
cocopop3011
Yeah thanks guys I agree with you all. I know Fruity Casa are a great casino I have no doubts there but until I can be told 100% that my partner hasn't taken a bonus there by live chat I just can't risk a deposit and having my withdrawal confiscated. I really think Valleys has taken the bonus it's not like him to sign up for nothing he usually only sign's up once he knows he wants to play but he just can't remember for sure! Maybe I should get him to chat to support find his account and then he can check and tell me - but I really think I am going out of my way then when it's something so simple that the casino could tell me. And you are right Fiekie - if any doubt you shouldn't play, that's always been my way of thinking too. blondie
raverbabe
I'd probably just ask permission from my fella to speak to live chat "as him", okay I know it's not strictly right but if your sat next to each other with permission anyway then I don't see it matters too much who's handling the keyboard. Of course I never actually did this though
ValDes
Well, not sure whether you should deposit or not considering the current situation, however contacting Jelena and asking her to help sounds as the obvious solution for all your troubles with Fruity Casa. You know well that she is doing miracles for AG forum members, don't ya... raverbabe
raverbabe
Is there a page here that lists all of the casino reps on the forum ValDes? If not that would be a really useful addition.

You know well that she is doing miracles for AG forum members, don't ya... I didn't like to trouble her since the lice chat agent told me they couldn't tell me what I wanted to know. But I guess it's worth asking her, I can only be given the same answer or the one I want I'll PM her to catch up on this thread.

Icymod
Have you incubated patience to see if the transactions have appeared in your bank statement? Has you asked my long lost "Juliet" for her humble light filled aid to guide you to journey upward onto the gloomy clouded summit? (Translation: Did you ask Jelena Isakov if she can help you with this issue? ) Removing the skepticism and the one bad experience taken, do you believe Fruity Casa casino will be one that blooms lucky to your potential experience on it? That's one reason why I hardly play at Fruity Casa...can't find any favourite game to play.

Scream painting come alive.gif No the money definitely wasn't taken from my account. But even on the deposit I done yesterday after it was completed it took me back to cashier page as if the payment hadn't gone through. I thought here we go again, clicked Visa again and it said payment already processed but not in my account. Checked my bank the money was taken logged back into casino and thankfully both my deposit and bonus was there. Haven't played my free spins yet though, they're on guns n roses..I probably should check they're there actually. Don't want to play them yet though.
