How are points awarded?

I'm currently a level seven member with 36,000 points and seem to accumulating a huge number from my reviews putting me firmly at the top of this months leaderboard, but I'm wondering exactly how the number is calculated?

Do you receive a set amount for each review or forum post you write? Or is it based on the number of words, for example? Do you earn more points for certain activities if you at a higher level? 

 

I have looked around for this information but couldn't find any specifics, I apologize if I have simply missed the obvious!

Well, it's like being in a 'anything-goes' race for me

I'm riding fast on my sporty bicycle, along with hundreds on other cyclists...

but a beautiful lady suddenly shoots past all of us on a Harley Davidson...to be right at the front of the pack! 

 

And we, all the other steadily struggling cyclists...can only look in AWE!

I'll admit I have an unfair advantage (depending how you look at it...) this month as I was made redundant from my job last month but remembered that if I spent my time recording my experiences with the zillions of on-line casinos I played at over the past few years I might just manage to pay the rent despite being out of work ... I'm starting a new job with Jet2 soon though so I won't be flattening the leaderboards forever, as fun as it has been.

 

I think I'll keep on hanging around the forums though !

I'll admit I have an unfair advantage (depending how you look at it...) this month as I was made redundant from my job last month but remembered that if I spent my time recording my experiences with the zillions of on-line casinos I played at over the past few years I might just manage to pay the rent despite being out of work ... I'm starting a new job with Jet2 soon though so I won't be flattening the leaderboards forever, as fun as it has been.

 

I think I'll keep on hanging around the forums though !

I've observed that reviews seem to give 100 points so far, and forum posts don't appear to give any but I'm not sure if that can be correct... maybe they only give credit if they are a certain length?

 

I'm sure I'll work the rest out soon enough !

Not yet honey. To be honest I asked yesterday but the person in the know was in a meeting and then I completely forgot to get back to them. Sorry. They weren't available today so I'll ask again tomorrow.

 

However I have been told that it's really simple so you may end up working it out before I know

Okay guys - Our team are currently putting together something that will explain everything for you! Once it's finished I will reveal all.
