WinBeast Casino stole €13,500 after withdrawal approval

I am filing a formal complaint against WinBeast Casino regarding the unjustified confiscation of my winnings totaling €13,500.

I fully completed the wagering requirements of a bonus, after which I continued playing with my own real funds. Following this session, I completed the KYC verification procedure. I received an official confirmation email from the casino stating that my account was successfully verified and that my withdrawal request was officially "Approved".

Shortly after this approval, the casino reversed the payment and confiscated my entire balance of €13,500, sending a vague email claiming a violation of their Terms and Conditions without specifying any actual rule or providing any proof of wrongdoing.

Since my account was explicitly verified and the payout was already approved, the casino has no legitimate grounds to withhold my money. I have screenshots of the verification approval, the withdrawal status, and the subsequent confiscation mail. I kindly request your mediation to help me recover my legitimate winnings.

I am restricted from accessing the casino, so please elaborate if you had won from a deposit+bonus, and if so, what is the capped allowable withdrawal amount stated in their Bonus Terms?

Once the wagering has been completed, you are required to withdraw that winning first, otherwise the capped max withdrawal limit  remains in play! So most likely, your total winning amount was not valid except for the capped amount.

not really sure how it works but that Cashy Justice Fund keeps popping up whenever ppl talk abt payout issues. ppl say u can submit ur story from another casino that didn't pay, no fee needed, just submit evidence and if cashy confirms it they might compensate u instead

Well cashy justice funds only works if the player has been cheated by the casino. 

Here the player aftet finishing wager requirements kept on playing instead of withdrawing the funds. Thats wrong since the casino applies a max bet rule from wins obtained through a deposit bonus.
