The casino wants me to wager my last deposit of €40 (made on Oct 17) three times—but I don't see how that's possible, given that I lost that money! Also, today (Oct 21), I received €3, which came with a wagering requirement of €62 and a maximum withdrawal limit of €75—both of which I have now met. Yet, they are still asking me to wager the €40 deposit from Oct 17, even though I lost it!

There are indeed a few well known casinos that require a player to fully wager their deposit before any withdrawal claim can be made - and King Billy is one of those stupid casinos!

That's one main reason why I had closed my account at King Billy!

I will NEVER allow any casino to treat me like a stupid fool!

I received a bonus—50 free spins—that wasn't tied to a deposit. It came with a 20x wagering requirement and a maximum win of €75. When I finished wagering, my balance was €90, but it dropped to €75. Usually, you can just withdraw this—I’ve done it plenty of times before—but now they’re making things complicated. First, they asked for my Paysafe account details because I had used Paysafe to deposit; I sent that over immediately, and that was sorted. But now, they’re claiming I need to complete wagering requirements for a deposit I made four days ago—a deposit that was already lost!

It's about time players start BOYCOTTING King Billy and similar casinos from robbing players in broad daylight!

I’ve been thinking about this—but do you think I’ll succeed?

I can more or less GUARANTEE you that it won't make King Billy to change their rules!

@ales200 you are not going to receive your money unless you finish your remaining wager. Sadly this is how it is. If something is in a casinos terms then AG cannot make them change it. Try to finish the wager and walk away with whatever you can get.

You may not like it but that's just how it.
