Link1np4rk Posted Monday at 09:42 PM Posted Monday at 09:42 PM Hi everyone, I'm looking to get some first-hand information and community insights regarding Betbay. Before signing up or making a significant deposit, I'd like to check with the AskGamblers community: Reputation & Licensing: Are they reliable and operating under a valid license? KYC & Verification: How smooth and fast is their document verification process? Withdrawal Speed: Are payout requests processed within reasonable timeframes, or have you experienced any delays? Overall Experience: Any red flags or notable terms and conditions I should watch out for? Conflicting Withdrawal Limits: Their Terms & Conditions state a daily withdrawal limit of €5,000 and a monthly limit of €25,000. However, the cashier interface only allows up to €1,000 per transaction. This inconsistency seems a bit suspicious to me—has anyone experienced issues or delays when withdrawing larger amounts? If anyone has active experience with this site, I would really appreciate your feedback! Thanks in advance, https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/betbay-casino Afi4wins 1 Quote

loceff13 Posted Tuesday at 04:05 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:05 AM It might be a higher level of KYC required to do >1000eur withdrawals etc, you could aks their support which methods allow more. Quote

Well, there are only 2 options available and both have a €1,000 limit. I can't use MiFinity for withdrawal because I have never used it to deposit or used it at all. On the bright side, their support responds quickly and processes (approves or rejects) documents fast, but I haven't even made a successful €1,000 withdrawal yet. Quote
Maddison Dwyer Posted Tuesday at 01:23 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:23 PM The €1,000 figure may just be a per-transaction cap, but that only helps if multiple withdrawals can actually remain open and be processed. I’d ask support, in writing, how many €1,000 requests can be pending at once, whether the €5,000 limit uses a calendar day or rolling 24 hours, and whether a higher verification level changes the cashier cap. The written limit matters less than what the withdrawal flow allows in practice. Quote

Link1np4rk Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago Just a quick update: I have successfully received my first withdrawal! It took some time to get my KYC fully verified, but once it was completed, I submitted my first request. I received the approval confirmation after 77 hours, and just 4 hours later, the €1,000 landed in my account. However, the main concern still remains: How long is it going to take for me to cash out my entire balance at this pace? I currently have a €37,000 balance remaining, with another €1,000 request sitting in 'Pending' status. I will keep everyone updated as the next request progresses! Flatzem888 1 Quote
