Stake refuse to let me withdraw my fairly won money on sportsbetting

I can understand how stressful it must be to get no clear explanation from support. As far as I know, Stake is a reputable and trustworthy casino. I don't think they look for excuses to avoid paying out. I’ve never made a deposit at this casino, but I won €100 using a no-deposit bonus. The casino paid me without even asking for verification or documents.

Bro, I had the exact same problem on Stake. Won a few parlays and out of nowhere they asked for Level 4 verification again, even though I was already fully verified. Support refused to explain anything and just gave me the runaround.

They wanted me to take verification for level 2 , wich i did they approved me now when i delivered utility Bill For level 3 they declined it and now they are saying im banned due to breach od terms , wich ones the dont want to say... I dont know what to do Guys anymore

I agree - they have to tell you what rule you breached! It may be vague but you are owed that, they can’t just ban you and not tell you what you breached!

I am waiting now , they are reviewing it , probably takes 48-72 hours

After i've sent them my last 3 month's utility Bill they have messaged me trough support and told me my account was banned and i cannot do any transfer nor apply for verification aggain .
