How do you know when an online casino review is actually trustworthy?

I’ve been wondering what you usually look for when reading reviews about online casinos.

There are so many review sites and user comments that sometimes it’s difficult to know which opinions are genuinely useful and which ones should be taken with a grain of salt.

For those of you who have been around for a while, what are the main things you check before trusting a review? Do you pay more attention to withdrawal experiences, licensing, customer support, complaints, or something else?

Interested to hear how other members approach this.

I can't comment on your questions because I hardly ever try out new casinos or games, but there are many members here who could and would give comments.

I take reviews(ie whats written by AG) with a grain of salt due to the fact theres often an affiliate/revenue reason to list them onsite but player reiews and disputes/resolutions tell you what you need to know imo.

The useful reviews are usually the ones that leave enough detail to be checked: when the withdrawal was requested, whether KYC was already complete, the payment method, and what support actually said. A star rating without a timeline tells me very little. I also look at how complaints end, not just how many exist. Complaints happen; the repeated unresolved ones are harder to dismiss.

if have doubt in reviews i would always search the common forums for more informationi.

this is pretty easy these days with the help of ai.

 

better spend a few more minutes researching than having a long face when trying to withdraw ^^
