Hi,

I gamble a fair bit.

I found a site called Casino Plex as it holds a GB Gaming license and thought it may be decent. After depositing £500 i was upto £2500 and requested a withdrawal. I put my account on take a break for 7 days so I wouldn't go back and lose the lot. I sent the company my ID docs etc within one day. Its now 7 weeks later and im still waiting for part of my cash to come through. They still owe me £500 having sent me only £2000 split into diffrent payments. Numerous emails to them and they always respond saying something about a problem with worldpay. Okay, but that problem does not take 7 weeks to sort. They are a small casino ( maximum bets £5 on live and £2 on some roultte numbers. Steer well clear.

 

Mr Green on the otherhand. Wow. You win and withdrawl, literally 5 minutes later the money is in your paypal account. Really imressed.

Have you considered Submitting a Complaint? It certainly seems like you're being given the run around especially if they've already made a part payment to you. What exactly are they saying the problem is with worldpay?

Many years ago, I used to play at CasinoPlex, a Playtech casino, made some wins and always got paid within 3 or 4 days. Then they changed their wagering requirements from 25 or 30 times deposit+bonus to 50 times, and from that day onwards, I stopped playing there. 50x d+b wagering is just way too much! 

 

Personally, they were okay back in those years, but nowadays, I really don't know, because I have lost touch with them, but as far as I know, they were/are a trustworthy casino, just as for Vernons and a few other UK based Playtech casinos.

 

MrGreen, on the other hand, no longer accept players from my country, so I haven't been able to play there any more, even though I would like to.

I think they came under new management or with a new licence provider lately, something like that, so that's when the payment troubles started. I played there in the past quite a bit and had several decent withdrawals who were paid with no problems at all, but until I find a Playtech casino that pays in minutes, keeping away from my beloved Marvels. 

 

On the other hand I'm an old customer in Mr. Green and play on a regular basis. The games pay decently and I manage to make a few withdrawals here and there. They really are a top online casino and in my opinion one of the best out there. The only thing I don't like is that regular players never get any match deposit or reload bonus offers. There are the occasional free spins promos and cash drops, but not my candy. If they step up with the reload promos, I'll never deposit in another casino again. 

 

Also if they add Amatic or Novamatic slots by any chance in the future, I'll probably donate all of my monthly gambling budget there

x50 deposit and bonus? Now that is ridiculous, if it were x50 the bonus amount only then it would be fair.

 

@hajnrih, i do not think you will get a playtech casino that pays out in minutes. The quickest of mine was 24 hours @ euromax play without verification. videoslots and casino heroes are my top as my payment are processed within 30 minutes - 1 hour.

 

I dont like waiting long because i easily reverse that withdrawal.

 

Too Bad MR Green does not accept players from my country, they seem like a nice top online casino.

CasinoPlex can still be trusted then...just as I trust Grand Reef Casino and African Palace Casino despite their 5-15 days AND much longer payment periods at certain seasonal busiest times!
