Welcome, had a play in 2024 but only did a single deposit. The site seems to be having trouble loading for me, couldn't even load the sign in/register buttons at the top of the page.

i complete all the required verifications more than i do for opening a bank account 

But after they blocked my account stating my account is under investigation and blocked my account login also

When i saw this tipe of KYC run away from this scamers..video with documents holding it in hands bla bla..had same situation with bet sofa casino never saw my wins from tham..

I can understand the reason why, deepfakes are getting very realistic these days and its hard for someone to dispute a payment etc after providing proof in the past.

@loceff13 i think there is no reason after send tons of document asking for video with this documents..its nothing more off way to try scam you/ not pay your wins..if you play and lose for sure you dont need send video,only garbage site doing this ..my personal experience..run till is not late.

The few times I've seen it requested it was seemingly about ban evasion/identify theft suspicions/sportsbetting using someone elses ID to book more action etc.

 

Like if someone steals their family members/friends creditcard and ID  to evade a ban it's impossible for them to hop on camera and hold an ID that looks different to them and pull it off. If you are fronting for a sportbettor they might ask for an on camera chat and would ask them questions about the action they took and why, what they know about the sport and how commonly they make those bets etc to get an idea if they are legit or a front for another party. Having someone stand outside their stated address to ensure they are not using a VPN to break TOS etc.

 

I get it's annoying and intrusive, best we can do is vote with your feet and our wallets and play elsewhere.
