Issue on betpanda.io: USDT deposit not credited to gaming account

Hello. Four days ago, I sent some USDT via the BSC network to the casino in question. Two hours after the deposit, I contacted support because I hadn't received anything... They told me that, due to an issue with the provider, the deposit would be refunded. I haven't received anything since then; support says I have to wait—though they can't say for how long. Does that seem normal to you? It’s a five-minute transaction... I read on Trustpilot that this has happened to others, too.

@alano83 It seems that there are MANY similar cases of missing crypto deposits nowadays...please be aware that using crypto currency providers tend to be at high risk lately...and there are also so many hackers around looking to get easy money from unknowing depositors!

The problem here is something else: the address and the network are correct (support confirms this), but they say the provider failed to credit the funds due to an issue on their end.

I used to check the receiving address every time I sent crypto, but the funds would get moved just a second later. This time that didn't happen, and they stayed in the wallet.

Hmmm...okay, so there may be some technical issues at play on the provider's side, hopefully just a simple delaying glitch, so give it some more time then.
