Since the address and network check out, the useful thing to send support now is the BscScan link for the transaction, not just the hash. Open it and look at the "Tokens Transferred" line: if it shows USDT (BSC-USD) landing on their address with a green Success, the coins are sitting in the casino's hot wallet and the only thing missing is a ledger entry on their side. That is a bookkeeping job for their payments team, it does not depend on any provider, and it usually takes minutes once someone with access actually looks.
Two things I have seen cause exactly this: the deposit came from a smart-contract wallet or an exchange withdrawal that BSC records as an internal transfer, which some monitoring scripts do not pick up; or you sent to an old deposit address that their provider had already rotated out. In both cases the money is there and manual crediting fixes it.
If a week passes with nothing but "wait", open a complaint through the Complaints tab here and attach the BscScan link. A public case with on-chain proof tends to get a very different response than a chat ticket.
