Deleting accounts

Hi guys I'm speaking to anyone with the answer or advice to question. 

 

Is there a website/app that allows us to delete accounts opened with our email,cell numbers and ID numbers?

@MrPetersen Hi there and welcome to the forum.

I don't think there can be any website or app that can delete or remove an account already opened at any casino! Even casinos have to maintain and keep their customer's records for a very long time (20 years or so if I'm not mistaken) - it's a legal requirement.

An account closure merely removes a player from the list of active customers but the records are not deleted.

As Afi says above websites(casin/businesses) will generally keep your details long after you have deactivated/closed your account for compliance reasons.

I don't think there is an app that allows you to delete your personal data, it is the casino or the website that can do that. Try contacting the site and asking them.

legit casinos need your data even after u closed your account for money laundering and gambling protection reasons.

 

this only becomes an annoying problem when some casinos bombard u with e-mails and promo stuff even when u have unsubscribed from their mail list plenty of times.

pro tip. use a different e-mail adress for questionable casinos!
