ETH withdrawal blocked

The withdrawal has been blocked on OKX due to missing sender's details. The casino is Lucky Circus Casino. Has anyone received a crypto payment from them?

Hi and welcome to the forum. What details were missing and did you fill them in and request a new withdrawal?

Did you send money direct from a casino to an exchange and the exchange(OKC) has an issue with who the sender is? What did OKC support say to you?

I received the money on OKX directly, but it's on hold due to the Travel Rule since I'm based in EEA. They are asking me for:

The sender’s full legal name; the sender’s country; whether the funds were sent from an exchange/third-party platform or a private wallet; and the name of the exchange, payment processor, or wallet provider used.

I'm asking Lucky Circus support to provide me with these information or at least communicate directly with the OKX support, but I'm still waiting for their answer.

I guess you should never cashout to an exchange but first have the casino send it to your personal wallet.

How the Player Resolves It Step-by-Step

Since OKX won't keep the money indefinitely, the user needs to manage the refund process:

1. Tell OKX to Return the Funds: The user instructs OKX support: "The originator cannot provide Travel Rule metadata. Please reject/cancel the deposit and return the ETH to the originating address."

2. Obtain the Return TXID: OKX sends the ETH back out to the blockchain and provides a transaction hash (TXID).

3. Contact Casino Support with the TXID: The user sends that TXID to Lucky Circus support: "My exchange rejected the deposit and refunded the ETH back to your automated payout wallet via TXID [Insert TXID]. Please manually re-credit this ETH to my casino bankroll."

4. Re-Withdraw to a Non-Custodial Wallet: Once the ETH is back in the user's casino balance, they request a new withdrawal—this time using a self-custody wallet like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or Exodus.

Thanks for all the information that you are providing. Meanwhile, I asked Lucky Circus that if they don't want to disclose their details with me to send the details directly to the OKX support.

yeah about the details; 

Offshore casinos like Lucky Circus Casino operate under corporate structures (often through entities like Dama N.V. in Curaçao) that are specifically designed to avoid handing over internal details to foreign regulators or centralized exchanges (CEXs).

Because the casino won't provide corporate compliance data, OKX will eventually mark the transaction as unresolvable under the Travel Rule.

I tried to interact with the customer support of the exchange, but they pressed me with questions about the funds origin...

What should I say? I think they already have the sender's address flagged.

My only concern is that they are going to freeze my account, or open a case on me.

That's not a huge amount. 

Btw i have read their terms and like most crypto exchange gambling transactions are prohibited. But only if its a huge amount as it might be part of AML trail. 

Just tell them about the source of funds and ask them to release your funds. 

We'll see what happens next.
