Unresolved Withdrawal 35,000 USD / Delay in Funds Transfer- Bet- Football /Orbit Exchange

Dear AskGamblers Team and Community,

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with Bet Football ( Orbit Exchange Partner ) 

I requested my withdrawal/transfer to my wallet (35,000 usd ) , but the customer support team continues to give vague responses without providing any estimated time of arrival (ETA) or confirmation that the funds will be paid out.

When asked if I could guarantee my money would arrive in my wallet, support responded with generic statements like: "We are still waiting for further updates at the moment" and "The best option is to wait for the official update."

I have been polite and patient, but the support team refuses to provide accurate information, clear deadlines, or solid confirmation regarding my funds.

As a customer, I cannot continue betting or trusting this service under these conditions.

I hope you'll get your money back soon mate that's really hard. Also maybe you could try filing a case to cashy justice fund too they cover players with that kind of issue, though they only cover till $10k. It's worth the try and they just partnered with askgamblers
