I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved and delayed withdrawal request on Bet-Football.

On July 19, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $9,999.00 USD under my account username Facturatotal25. The transaction reference ID for this request is dc7694e4-6ab9-4614-8a91-b04407f6b645.

More than two weeks have passed, and the status of this transaction remains stuck on "pending" with the description "facturatotal25 Reviewing". I have complied with all account requirements, but the funds have not been processed or released to date, far exceeding a reasonable timeframe for withdrawal processing.

I have repeatedly reached out to their support team through all available channels. However, the only response I receive is that the delay is due to an issue with their "payment provider," and they refuse to provide even an estimated timeframe or target date for the payment.

I request the assistance of AskGamblers to help resolve this issue and prompt Bet-Football to approve and release my payment of $9,999.00 USD immediately.

It was crypto withdrawal? If you can try skrill, I also had this issue with them then asked about skrill and they processed it in 24 hours as they promised.

anyway try checking out cashy I saw on askgamblers page that they have a partnership with it. They also help players who had unfair exp with any casinos through their justice fund It's free too based on their post.

No, it's not a bad thing of course, as Askgamblers itself is affiliated with them, but just keep in mind that Cashy should be used only when the concerned casino in question is not listed at Askgamblers (example Bet-Football).
