Needs to be a bitstarz rep preferably Olle but he seems to have gone MIA

They are highly related in a lot of places but there is a blatant issue with one players account that they have stonewalled on - and now seem to be running away from and we’d (on behalf of the player) like it dealt with

Player has gone to casino guru and is now in some never ending loop of them asking silly questions and 7 day timers getting reset 

just about had enough of the whole thing and we are very active on X etc and don’t like calling any operator out (especially when they “seem” to be decent) but patience is wearing thin
