My user Id 1715897415 1x bet blocked my withdrawal and requested for verification which I did for close to Two weeks and after everything the banned my account with my 900k inside my account without any reasons Please help me in calling out 1x bet security to release my account and allow me to login and withdraw my account, please

@Hills9 Hi there and welcome to the forum.

You have 900K in your account? In what currency?

It may be possible that the casino suspected something suspicious and may have done a thorough investigation of your account before banning it.

Can you elaborate and give more info please?

I didn’t play Casino

it was 1xbet bookmarkers, I won a bet and I tried to withdraw and they asked me for series of documents which I provided without hesitation but after 2 Weeks my account was banned without giving me my initial deposit or anything.

@Hills9 It clearly states that they have stopped all collaboration with you UNTIL they have completed their investigations, so you just have to wait!

But I can’t access my account anymore, it’s been over 2weeks since I start the verification process, now I can’t login to my account 

they stopped responding to my email, how will I know how long the investigation will take,  while they hold my money in their custody

Please file a complaint against the casino and we will see how things go. 

Btw are you allowed to gamble from your region and what is your playing currency at the casino?

How can I file a complaint against 1Xbet, that’s why I came here to lay my complaint 

I have never had issues with 1xbet before but they can’t just lock me out from my account without any reason or giving me a timeframe when the investigation will be over

Then go to bottom of the page and scroll towards right and look for submit  complaint.

I think I have done this before but I didn’t get any response from the team, I don’t know if anyone has gone through the wicked phases by 1xbet, it’s so so frustrating that you have a lot of money sitting in your account but you make use of it, I literally gave them all the documents they requested and still I didn’t get my money

In the email they sent to me, they didn’t say the investigation is stil ongoing rather than upon the investigation that the company has decided to close my account, yet they didn’t allow me to take my deposit 

it’s so unfair
