Assuming you are looking for live roulette, and at least a $10,000 limit per straight bet, no, there is probably no such casino.

I checked it for you, and even the live roulette tables on Stake, one of the largest online (crypto) casinos, has a cap of $5,000 per straight bet. If there is no such high-limit table there, I don't think there is one anywhere.

Probably deemed too high risk of chargeback/stolen funds being laundered etc. Easier for physical casinos to allow such things.

there are some highroller live roulette tables in various casinos (mostly evo imo)

the highest bet for black/red is between 5-10k but for a single number its subsantially lower.

i dont remember which casinos excactly had these but it should be easy to search for that but you probably have to wager a lot to be invited in these rooms.
