tanpon33
I would like to ask if anyone know anything about slots heaven casino. I have been using it fro 2 years it as it has my favorite playtech games . I like a lot the marvel jackpot slots. My consern compared to other casinos is its pay out and software. I had to come to the point in depositing 100 times in order to win 1 time. I must state that i like playing with deposit bonuses. This casino wagering is 40 times the bonus only not deposit and when you complete the wagering you can withdraw all winnings minus bonus. Also as i Vip mamber i egt soem presents from them every 3 months andi get a 50 dollar monthlu bonus every month as long as i deposit 150 dollars and wager over 4500 dollrs. Compared to other play tech casinos that i had accounts which where europa casino, casino tropez, casino vegas red ,casino bellinini ,its does not pay out at all like them. In those casinos i had weekly bonuses every time i got upgraded and recieded 500 200 250 and 400 dollrs plus my weekly bonuseds of 50 -150 as long as i deposited and wagered enough. Also i had unlimited deposit bonus of 100-125% as long as i was loosing. At the end i was wiining big and my accounts where plus . Because i live in greece this casino as restricted so i cant paly there any more. So i am stuck with slots heaven casino. The maxim i have ever withdran is 1000-1500 dollars and that like a win every 5 months for some reason when the winning go to 2500 the money it redused. And the worst is taht i had to amke 1 time 100 deposits to win and other time 39 times. I know that vthe odds are with the house but come on something very strange is going on there. I am sure that they are controlling the slots . Can someone give me advice as to what to do and if they have any knowledge or experience with this casino? Kind regards. Stavros Patrianakos Hello tanpon3 and welcome to the forum From what I have read your experiences seem like any other player has and just down to the matter of 'Luck'. I know how frustrating it must be depositing so many times and only get so little withdrawals back but this is just the nature of the game! If this is the only casino you are playing in you'll notice it even more in my opinion, but I feel for you because I too am restricted from playing at so many casinos. What you have to remember is that the casino uses a RNG for the fairness of their games and I can assure you there is no one controlling the slots. Next month you never know you could make 10 withdrawals, you just never know! Are there definitely no other casinos you can try to give yourself a break from the same one? ValDes
Hi there Stavros and welcome to AskGamblers. Well, unlike all the other brands you mentioned, it appears that Slots Heaven casino does not issue publicly it's monthly payout audits. At least didn't manage to find such across their website. It is definitely a good practice though, here's how the Vegas Red casino latest payout report looks like: https://www.vegasred.com/sites/default/files/Vegas%20Red%20Casino%20Game%20Payout%20Calculation%20-%20March%202016.pdf Hope you realize it's all about luck though and whether it will strike or not is totally unpredictable. Unfortunately... What you could do though providing you are having some doubts is to request a complete audit on your game play at the aforementioned casino and see yourself what the general numbers would be. To be honest, I won't be surprised if it happens that your overall RTP would be over 90%. partyhummel
partyhummel
slotsheaven is part of the mansion group.... i destroyed some decent deposits there, before they restricted my country... As soon as they call you and call you vip you know you are on the complete wrong way and should reduce play at that place. :-) no. they are not rigging their games. however they have a stupid max bet rule on their imho scrappy sticky bonusses which void big wins in too many cases. be careful about betsize. (i violated that also in europacasino and casino tropez however they processed my withdrawals without even mentionning that that rule existed and i violated it...) mansion group is told to be not that generous about that term. they mercilessly cvonfiscate big wins - no matter if you had a match bonus on a 4 digit deposit. since their bonus is that depserately sticky - meeting the wr does not free you from max bet rule. you have the bonus funds to be removed, after fullfilling wr. that is so odd. i also like playtech slots. most that fruit-massmurdering funky fruit jackpot slot. ;-) i always forgot to watch the balance, when listening to those happy sounds, when they were exploding^^

I used to play a lot at Mansion Casino around 10 years ago before they introduced stricter promotional terms and my experience was the opposite of the OP's as I did very well and made many withdrawals - though I was playing mostly table games at the time, not slots. The tougher rules you mention are one reason I have not been back in a long time, even though I generally like Playtech and consider the Mansion group more reputable than most others on that platform. nuckspaz
Stay away from this site.I thought it was alright as I did really well and won a considerable amount but the things they do are really shady and rather disturbing. When I first joined they were really good, always offering me something, but then of course I was hitting good and then nothing.I was given a VIP Trial offer and the only thing I got was $75 (which I had to pay back when I made a withdrawal)don't get me wrong it was better than the pathetic 40x wager requirement they have. I was given a couple weeks with this trial, but of course when I went to make a withdrawal, they told me the withdrawal processing time isnt included in this free trial,bu tthen when I contacted support to ask if the reverse timeframe could be waived, they said"it is actually quicker for you now during this trial period than if you wernt a VIp??????????Um ya,ok.IT never changed, the reverse withdrawal timeframe is anywhere between 3-5 days, case of course they can't process on the weekends. To me that alone is dusgsuting, and it has to border on unfair practice.I ahve seen how much players hate the reverse withdreawl time frame, and yet this site drags that on as long as possible. Nwo to the reason that made me clsoe my account. They have a promo going on"cash back magnet"This promo started ont eh 12th of September.I origionally made a withdrawal on the 9th,buuut becasue it was a weekend it wasnt getting processees,so I reversed it throughout the weekend, and then eventually at 0029 monday morning I made the witdhrawal for the last time.So During the promo I depsotied $500,usually I deposit way more ,but I won a bit so I had some to play with(yes I ended up losing it all)and was expecting $50 yesterday for the 10% cash back. I contacted them as I dint receive it,they said there was a delay.Contacted them today, and was informed I am not eligible because I had a withdrawal on the 12th,They stated I had money to begin with and play with so I wasn't eligible. And in the same email they stated this "You have started the week on the 12th of September with a funds to play with and you had ended up with positive amount to your account. This is great, however this is the reason why you are not eligible to receive the cash back for this week as you did not lose the money, on the contrary- you had won and requested a withdrawal as well. And as it is stated in the Terms you can receive 10% cash back (real cash) if the House wins and only on any deposits made and lost in the current week. So I got screwed because the money i deposited the week befor won me some cash I am not eligible for this bonus, and really?less than 3 hours after, and I will add,I hadn't even opted into this promo yet. So technically ,actually no,not technically,I should have been given this promo as the house won,I lost all the money I deposited for the week of the promo. These people do end upo paying, but its clear if you do some winning they have ZERO interest in you,and will sue any loop hole no matter how ridiculous and pathetic it is to not pay. I hadd some issues at casino.com that came and slots heaven helped themselves to a banking issue, had I knon they wehre alll one I would have stayed away, but I hit big on my first few days and jsut kept winning so waited until more garbage arose, and well here it is. One other thing, yes I won a lot there, but I have to say,the losing slides I experienced there and the other mansion groups are something I have never seen before.Had I not won considerably the crazy tightness of the reels at times would have had me long gone ages prior. I know to some, this will come off as a sore loser,I assure you it isn't,it's a heads up to those who play often as I do and deposit in the thousands weekly to stay away if you want to be treated with some respect and not like a 2 cent player that deposits with a budget of $25 a week case thats how you will be treated in the end. i should have read more forums about this site as I have found today that I am not alone in my feelings towards them so look elsewhere is my suggestion. Afi4wins
Mention Mansion Group of casinos and my mind immediately recoils to Charles Mansion! Who was/is Charles Mansion? Hmm...I guess no need to elaborate on that. Google the name and you can read all about him. Why does the Mansion group of casinos reminds me of the other Mansion? SImply because I found them to be amongst the worse group in terms of customer support and casino management. I was, and still am, labelled as a 'BONUS ABUSER' since more than 10 years ago. All my accounts with their casinos gradually got locked because of that, and I then requested for permanent closure instead. Don't really know if all of those old accounts got closed or not, but I am not bothered anymore. Slots Heaven was one of the latter casino from Mansion Group that I had joined many years ago. When I later found out that it belonged to that group, I immediately changed my mind, but can't remember if I had requested for account closure or not, but again, I couldn't be bothered at all now. Since 2015, my ISP has been blocked from accessing about 90% or more of all Playtech casinos, and I'm left with just a handful, at which I'm playing regularly. As long as I still can play at these few casinos, I'm more than happy, but I've lost all my top favourite casinos from which I was making good profits month after month. All that has passed for me. Now, I'm just tagging along, playing by their rules (Playtech rules, not the casinos), hoping to make a big break again one of these days. One of two of those casinos had suggested that I reopen my closed account with them, but no way, what has been closed permanently shall remain closed permanently. I don't want to go into details of what had happened a long time ago, but suffice to say, my emails and requests to the various casino's Support Team went unreplied, my questions on why I was labelled a 'bonus abuser' only went to deaf ears time after time, all they could tell me was that it was Playtech who labelled me as such and they have to follow orders, blah, blah, blah. Omni Casino and Fly Casino, both from the same group, have been my two top favourite casinos for many years. The Support team there have been very friendly and very helpful to me, until Playtech's team once again got into the picture and made 'more trouble' for me, so much so, I finally had to withdraw myself from those 2 casinos. These 2 casinos were the FIRST PLAYTECH CASINOS THAT MY ISP GOT BLOCKED FROM. So, I don't think I have to elaborate more on that! If you can play at Omni and Fly, I would highly recommend them. If you can't, just too bad. As for Slots Heaven and the other Mansion group of casinos, I cannot say much now, because I haven't been playing with any of them for 10 years or more, so my comments may be incorrect. Anyway, none of Mansion's casinos made it into my favourite list. Heck, not even into my 'like' list!
raverbabe
I remember signing up at this place maybe 18 months - 2 years ago now and I didn't receive the welcome bonus. The casino tried to tell me that I had some kind of playtech wide ban on bonuses?! I knew this was nonsense at the time and I still have no trouble getting Playtech bonuses now so I've no idea what was going on, but I did eventually get the bonus and played it through but I never went back - I just found the support rude and that's a major turn off for me. Mobcasinos
I have read bad review with that site. It's a money sucker casino chances of getting you wins are low. If I were you stay out of it as other say you would suffer on withdrawals.
