I hope he comes backs and lets us know, what a story if he did! 

 

I was in personal contact with the original poster and could confirm both parties achieved an agreement on resolving the issue. Wish I could tell you more, but player was pretty eloquent he was not willing to give further publicity of the story and how exactly it has been resolved. 

 

The bottom line though is that although the so called 'jackpot issue' has been resolved, the bigger problem concerning BetSoft jackpot games is still on the table.

I'm really over the moon that the player and besoft managed to come to a mutual resolution on this one since cases like these very rarely have a postitive outcome! Really happy for the player and of course understand why he wouldn't want more details shared.

Yesterday, I too hit a progressive jackpot for 129K on Pamper Casino’s “’Glam Life”

 

Nothing happened. You must play max and get five boats, which I did. Just like this gentlemen.

 

I asked chat, nothing. I called, they said they would review...

 

I’m sure I’ll never get it. Could you imagine these guys actually paying me? No way.

Well, Pamper casino is quit infamous. Players were advised to stay away from this casino.

 I missed this ridiculous complaint of a jackpot winnings being pulled out! I feel that he's happy now. 

I just wondering if this is happening only for the Betsoft platform? I never encounter editing the paytables like this in other platforms or do I just missed other cases?
