Error in the slot Big Bad Wolf from Quickspin

March 29, I noticed a mistake in the slot Big Bad Wolf. This slot did not give money for a winning combination. Two months later I was collecting information and

 I contacted Quickspin and the third time they said that they have received the information and check it out. However, the results of the investigation, they refuse to communicate and write me that they told me the first time out of politeness:

 

"The initial response to your mail was through politeness, but as supplier that is all we can do." - they said.

 

It is unclear whether they have repaired the slot and how much he did not give money to players of all time.

I am sorry for the losses you incured, but if i may ask why did contact them 2 months later? Why didn't you contact live chat support from that specific casino where it happened the same time you noticed the bug or the fact that you didnt receive any winnings?

I contacted, the casino said that everything is normal. For two months I have collected the same episodes, and when everything was ready, I went straight to Quickspin. They promised to check, but since then ignore me. Casino nothing to do with ) I want to get an answer from the Quickspin!

Let's wait for Valdes to respond to your threat with some advise on how to handle this. I am not sure whether  you should file an official complaint on Askgamblers, but he would be able to advise you in the right direction.

I think the result of the complaint will not. I wrote this post to let you know that the game is wrong to give out wins or wrongly gave out before

Regarding the so called 'error'... I'm afraid there's no such error in fact, simply because the relevant pig turns into wild AFTER the second, forth and sixth win respectively.

 

Hope this clarifies the issue.

wasn't that the pigs turn wild On the second, fourth and sixth spin, not After?

But having watched the video, i clearly see after the 2nd win, the first pig does not turn wild @ 0.35 ,@0.52 and 1.06 in the video. Or do i understand the game incorrectly lol?

After the 2nd win is completed then it becomes wild, not during the 2nd spin and so on.

In my humble opinion, the pigs turn wild AFTER the second. forth and sixth spin and count as wilds on the next spin.

The problem with that video is that it doesn't contain a whole session with the first, second and etc spins where one could clearly see IF the pigs were turning into wilds after the second, forth and sixth spin or not.
